論教師專業(yè)發(fā)展支持服務(wù)體系的文化建設(shè)

【摘要】:從文化軟實(shí)力的視角,對當(dāng)前我國教師專業(yè)發(fā)展支持服務(wù)體系文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵做了界定,從文化認(rèn)同、制度建設(shè)、環(huán)境建設(shè)和培訓(xùn)能力建設(shè)四個層面對教師專業(yè)發(fā)展支持服務(wù)體系文化建設(shè)面臨的問題進(jìn)行分析;結(jié)合文化軟實(shí)力的五個反映要素,對加強(qiáng)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展支持服務(wù)體系文化建設(shè)提出建議:重視教師培訓(xùn)傳統(tǒng)文化的傳承、加強(qiáng)教師培訓(xùn)文化氛圍的營造、深入推進(jìn)教師培訓(xùn)能力建設(shè)、出臺文化建設(shè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范和增強(qiáng)教師培訓(xùn)的文化影響力等。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of cultural soft power, this paper defines the connotation of the cultural construction of teacher professional development support service system in China, from the perspective of cultural identity and system construction. The problems faced by the culture construction of teacher professional development support service system are analyzed from the four aspects of environmental construction and training capacity building. Combined with the five elements of cultural soft power, this paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the cultural construction of teacher professional development support service system: pay attention to the heritage of traditional culture of teacher training, and strengthen the construction of cultural atmosphere of teacher training. Further promote the construction of teacher training capacity, introduce the standard of cultural construction and enhance the cultural influence of teacher training, etc.
