【摘要】:目前,如何對閑置校園校舍進(jìn)行有效利用是我國面臨的時(shí)代課題之一,而借鑒其他國家的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)則是解決這一問題的可行之策。近年來,鄰國日本集聚社會(huì)各界力量,通過多種渠道促進(jìn)"廢校"活用事業(yè)的開展:首先,相關(guān)政府部門通過信息公開,聯(lián)系供需雙方,并出臺(tái)各種優(yōu)惠政策,鼓勵(lì)社會(huì)力量加入;其次,社會(huì)各界相互協(xié)作,共同開發(fā)"廢校"設(shè)施,且著力于"廢校"利用方式方法的創(chuàng)新等。通過這些措施,日本成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了部分閑置學(xué)校教育設(shè)施的循環(huán)利用。
[Abstract]:At present , how to make effective use of idle campus schoolhouse is one of the times that our country faces , and draw lessons from other countries ' successful experience is the feasible way to solve this problem . In recent years , the relevant government departments have gathered the strength of the community and promoted the development of " waste school " by various channels . First of all , relevant government departments have adopted various preferential policies to encourage social forces to join ; secondly , all sectors of society work together to develop the " waste school " facilities , and focus on the innovation of the methods of utilization of " waste schools " . Through these measures , Japan successfully realized the cyclic utilization of the education facilities of some idle schools .
