【摘要】：學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)是高等教育的核心任務(wù),而建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家,更需要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新人才。隨著以多媒體、計(jì)算機(jī)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為代表的信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,“教師站在講臺(tái)講,學(xué)生坐在講臺(tái)下聽(tīng)”的傳統(tǒng)課堂教學(xué)模式已無(wú)法滿足人們的學(xué)習(xí)需求,已不適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)的要求和學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng),鑒于此,有的高校根據(jù)本校的客觀實(shí)際情況,提出轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)課堂教育教學(xué)模式以提高學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力、思考能力、實(shí)踐能力等綜合能力。在轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)課堂中,真正體現(xiàn)以學(xué)生為中心的教育理念,把成長(zhǎng)的選擇權(quán)和實(shí)踐權(quán)交給學(xué)生,以此來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的自我成長(zhǎng)和自我發(fā)展。本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較研究法和調(diào)查研究法和案例研究法,通過(guò)和傳統(tǒng)課堂、翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂、對(duì)分課堂的對(duì)比和分析,提出實(shí)施轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)課堂教學(xué)改革有效提高學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的建議,在課堂教學(xué)這一環(huán)節(jié)更好地提高學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的思考能力與動(dòng)手動(dòng)腦能力。使轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)課堂符合當(dāng)今的教育教學(xué)理念,值得進(jìn)一步在高校探索和推廣實(shí)踐。論文的主體內(nèi)容分為三個(gè)部分:第一部分探究了創(chuàng)新能力、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)課堂等相關(guān)概念,介紹了轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)課堂的教學(xué)流程和轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)課堂與創(chuàng)新能力的關(guān)系。第二部分全面分析高校創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)方式的現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題原因分析,現(xiàn)狀主要有:學(xué)校培養(yǎng)模式陳舊落后,學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)落的不實(shí);教師注重知識(shí)傳授,缺少思考能力引導(dǎo);學(xué)生習(xí)慣于死記硬背知識(shí),動(dòng)腦練手主動(dòng)性不強(qiáng);并且從體制機(jī)制的弊端影響師生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的積極性,獨(dú)立思考、自由表達(dá)的學(xué)術(shù)氛圍尚未完全形成,教師創(chuàng)新教育的意識(shí)與能力不夠三個(gè)方面分析存在這種創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)方式現(xiàn)狀的原因。第三部分提出了實(shí)施轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)課堂教學(xué)改革有效提高學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的建議,分別從全員提高學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)有效性的認(rèn)識(shí)、精心設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)方案、實(shí)施等方式,有效提高學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of students' innovative ability is the core task of higher education, but to build an innovative country, innovative talents are needed. With the rapid development of information technology represented by multimedia, computer and Internet. The traditional classroom teaching mode of "teacher speaking from the podium and students sitting under the podium" can no longer meet the learning needs of people, and can not meet the requirements of the economic and social development for the cultivation of talents and the cultivation of students' innovative ability. In view of this, some colleges and universities according to the objective actual situation of our school, proposed the rotation classroom education teaching pattern to enhance the student's innovation ability, the thinking ability, the practice ability and so on comprehensive ability. In order to realize the students' self-growth and self-development, this paper mainly adopts the literature research method, which truly embodies the student-centered educational concept and gives students the right to choose and practice their growth. The comparative research method and the investigation research method and the case study method, through and the traditional classroom, turns over the classroom, to divide the classroom contrast and the analysis, proposed the implementation rotation classroom teaching reform to raise the student innovation ability effectively the proposal. In the course of classroom teaching, we can improve students' creative ability, train students' thinking ability and hands-on ability, and make the rotation classroom conform to the present educational and teaching idea. The main content of the thesis is divided into three parts: the first part explores the innovation ability, rotation classroom and other related concepts. This paper introduces the teaching process of rotating classroom and the relationship between rotating classroom and innovation ability. The second part comprehensively analyzes the present situation and the reasons of the problems of cultivating innovative ability in colleges and universities. The present situation mainly includes: the school training model is old and backward, and the students' innovation ability training is not realistic; Teachers pay attention to the teaching of knowledge, lack of thinking ability guide; Students are used to memorizing knowledge by rote, and the initiative of brain-training is not strong. Moreover, the academic atmosphere of independent thinking and free expression has not been formed completely from the defects of the system and mechanism to affect the enthusiasm of teachers and students in the cultivation of innovative ability. The third part puts forward some suggestions on how to effectively improve students' innovative ability by carrying out the reform of rotational classroom teaching. In order to improve the students' innovative ability, we should improve the effectiveness of the students' innovation ability, design and implement the innovative ability training plan carefully, and improve the students' innovation ability.
