【摘要】："十三五"期間,教育部將大力推動高等學(xué)校在線開放課程的建設(shè)與應(yīng)用。在線開放課程學(xué)習(xí)者的學(xué)習(xí)正在從"他組織"向"自組織"發(fā)展,自組織學(xué)習(xí)將成為主要學(xué)習(xí)方式。然而,目前在線學(xué)習(xí)者的學(xué)習(xí)效果不盡人意,自組織學(xué)習(xí)能力缺失是重要的影響因素之一。因此,該研究以自組織理論為指導(dǎo),基于ARCS學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)模型,采用文獻(xiàn)研究、理論演繹、行動研究等方法,構(gòu)建了基于ARCS的在線開放課程自組織學(xué)習(xí)模式。實(shí)踐表明,該模式能夠有效激發(fā)并維持學(xué)習(xí)者的學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī),提升學(xué)習(xí)者的自組織能力、學(xué)習(xí)參與度和課程學(xué)習(xí)效果。
[Abstract]:During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the Ministry of Education will vigorously promote the construction and application of online open courses in colleges and universities. The study of online open course learners is developing from "other organization" to "self-organization". Self-organizing learning will become the main way of learning. However, at present, the learning effect of online learners is unsatisfactory, and the lack of self-organized learning ability is one of the important factors. This study is guided by self-organization theory, based on ARCS learning motivation model, using literature research, theoretical deduction, action research and other methods. The self-organizing learning model of online open course based on ARCS is constructed. The practice shows that the model can effectively stimulate and maintain learners' learning motivation and improve learners' self-organization ability. Degree of participation and effectiveness of the course.
