【摘要】:當(dāng)下學(xué)校中,師生間的平等關(guān)系存在被泛化的問題。平等師生關(guān)系的泛化造成教師對自身責(zé)任邊界產(chǎn)生困惑、學(xué)生走向了自我中心主義、師生間產(chǎn)生激烈沖突等后果。平等師生關(guān)系的泛化根源在于學(xué)校將平等師生關(guān)系的特定內(nèi)涵泛化、家庭中不合理的養(yǎng)育觀念將平等師生關(guān)系泛化、消費主義將平等師生關(guān)系泛化為利益主體關(guān)系。對平等師生關(guān)系進行再確證,進而提出人格平等是平等師生關(guān)系的核心、師生人格平等與教師的主導(dǎo)作用并不矛盾、師生人格平等不能混同于成人間的政治權(quán)利平等等觀點。
[Abstract]:In the present school, the equal relationship between teachers and students exists the problem of being generalized. The generalization of the equal teacher-student relationship causes teachers to be confused about their own boundary of responsibility, and the students move towards self-centeredness. The root of the generalization of the equal teacher-student relationship lies in the generalization of the specific connotation of the equal teacher-student relationship in schools and the generalization of the equal teacher-student relationship in the irrational concept of nurturing in the family. Consumerism generalizes the equal teacher-student relationship as the relationship of the main body of interest, and reconfirms the equal teacher-student relationship, and then points out that the equality of personality is the core of the equal teacher-student relationship. There is no contradiction between teacher-student personality equality and teacher's leading role, and teacher-student personality equality cannot be confused with the political rights equality among adults.
