【摘要】：[目的 /意義]探索學科排名對美國iSchool教師就業(yè)的影響,以發(fā)現(xiàn)學科建設現(xiàn)狀,為我國圖情檔學科的師資建設提供參考。[方法 /過程]在教師就職流動性視角下,分析美國27個iSchool的880位教師的現(xiàn)任學校與畢業(yè)院校的學科排名前后變化。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]研究發(fā)現(xiàn):學科排名越高的畢業(yè)生有越多的就業(yè)選擇權(quán)和機會,大部分iSchool畢業(yè)生工作于比畢業(yè)學校排名低的學校,iSchool教師就業(yè)存在明顯性別差異,男性比女性更容易就職于排名高的學校。我國建設"雙一流"過程中,應該著手利用評價和排名給師資建設帶來的積極影響,關(guān)注并改善負面影響。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance] to explore the impact of discipline ranking on the employment of iSchool teachers in the United States in order to find out the present situation of discipline construction and to provide reference for the construction of teachers in China. [Methods: from the perspective of teachers' employment mobility, this paper analyzed the changes in the subject ranking of the current and graduate schools of the 27 iSchool teachers in the United States. [Results / conclusion] the study found that the higher the subject ranking, the more employment options and opportunities for the graduates, most of the iSchool graduates work in the lower ranking schools than the graduation school. There are obvious gender differences in the employment of iSchool teachers. Men are more likely than women to work in high ranking schools. We should take advantage of the positive impact of evaluation and ranking on teacher construction, pay attention to and improve the negative impact.
