【摘要】:[目的 /意義]探索學(xué)科排名對(duì)美國(guó)iSchool教師就業(yè)的影響,以發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)科建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,為我國(guó)圖情檔學(xué)科的師資建設(shè)提供參考。[方法 /過(guò)程]在教師就職流動(dòng)性視角下,分析美國(guó)27個(gè)iSchool的880位教師的現(xiàn)任學(xué)校與畢業(yè)院校的學(xué)科排名前后變化。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]研究發(fā)現(xiàn):學(xué)科排名越高的畢業(yè)生有越多的就業(yè)選擇權(quán)和機(jī)會(huì),大部分iSchool畢業(yè)生工作于比畢業(yè)學(xué)校排名低的學(xué)校,iSchool教師就業(yè)存在明顯性別差異,男性比女性更容易就職于排名高的學(xué)校。我國(guó)建設(shè)"雙一流"過(guò)程中,應(yīng)該著手利用評(píng)價(jià)和排名給師資建設(shè)帶來(lái)的積極影響,關(guān)注并改善負(fù)面影響。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance] to explore the impact of discipline ranking on the employment of iSchool teachers in the United States in order to find out the present situation of discipline construction and to provide reference for the construction of teachers in China. [Methods: from the perspective of teachers' employment mobility, this paper analyzed the changes in the subject ranking of the current and graduate schools of the 27 iSchool teachers in the United States. [Results / conclusion] the study found that the higher the subject ranking, the more employment options and opportunities for the graduates, most of the iSchool graduates work in the lower ranking schools than the graduation school. There are obvious gender differences in the employment of iSchool teachers. Men are more likely than women to work in high ranking schools. We should take advantage of the positive impact of evaluation and ranking on teacher construction, pay attention to and improve the negative impact.
