【摘要】：利用區(qū)域教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)控所獲得的數(shù)據(jù)與信息,對(duì)區(qū)域內(nèi)各學(xué)校的效能進(jìn)行細(xì)致科學(xué)的增值評(píng)價(jià),不僅有利于從整體上提高教育質(zhì)量,而且有利于促進(jìn)教育均衡發(fā)展。運(yùn)用國際上通用的學(xué)校效能評(píng)價(jià)建模方法——多水平模型,對(duì)武漢市H區(qū)25所中學(xué)的學(xué)生在初中三年的考試成績進(jìn)行了增值分析,并對(duì)學(xué)校內(nèi)各個(gè)班級(jí)以及各個(gè)學(xué)科教師的增值進(jìn)行了排名,有效識(shí)別出在促進(jìn)學(xué)生進(jìn)步方面高效能的班級(jí)和教師。
[Abstract]:Using the data and information obtained from the regional education quality monitoring, we can make a careful and scientific evaluation of the efficiency of the schools in the region, which is not only conducive to improving the quality of education as a whole, but also promoting the balanced development of education. Using the modeling method of school effectiveness evaluation of the common international multi - level model of 25 middle schools in H District of Wuhan City, the students were added analysis in junior middle school three year exams, and the school in each class and each subject teachers value were ranked, effectively identifying effective in promoting students' progress the class and the teacher.
