【摘要】：微生物遍布于人體所有與外環(huán)境相通器官,尤以腸道微生物數(shù)量眾多,對人體有著非常重要的生理意義。但因其種類繁多、體型微小,增加了對其全面、深入認(rèn)識(shí)的難度。隨著分子生物學(xué)、基因組學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)等學(xué)科的興起,大大促進(jìn)了微生物組研究技術(shù)的發(fā)展。微生物組研究的重點(diǎn):一是多樣性,包括分離、鑒定種類及定量;二是活性,即微生物在其所處環(huán)境中起何種功能作用。圍繞這一主題,微生物組研究方法可概括為傳統(tǒng)檢測方法、構(gòu)建基因文庫法、遺傳指紋圖譜技術(shù)、分子雜交技術(shù)和DNA測序技術(shù)等。
[Abstract]:Microorganisms are found in all the organs connected with the external environment, especially in the intestinal tract, which is of great physiological significance to the human body. However, because of its wide variety and small size, it has increased the difficulty of comprehensive and in-depth understanding of it. With the rise of molecular biology, genomics, bioinformatics and other disciplines, the development of microbial group research technology has been greatly promoted. The emphasis of microbial group research is: first, diversity, including isolation, identification and quantification; second, activity, that is, the function of microorganisms in the environment in which they live. Around this topic, the microbiological research methods can be summarized as traditional detection methods, construction of gene libraries, genetic fingerprinting, molecular hybridization and DNA sequencing techniques and so on.
