【摘要】：眼動脫敏與再加工(EMDR)是近年來興起的一種新的心理治療方法,整合了生理學(xué)、催眠學(xué)、心理動力學(xué)、行為學(xué)和認知行為學(xué)等多學(xué)科的觀點,構(gòu)建了適應(yīng)性信息加工模型的理論基礎(chǔ),通過眼動、脫敏和再加工,以幫助恢復(fù)大腦信息加工系統(tǒng)的平衡。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),EMDR在改善創(chuàng)傷后應(yīng)激障礙的臨床癥狀上有顯著效果,且優(yōu)于其他相關(guān)療法,成為目前治療創(chuàng)傷后應(yīng)激障礙的主要方法之一。該文對EMDR心理療法的研究現(xiàn)狀進行歸納總結(jié),著力介紹其基本理論、治療流程和在創(chuàng)傷后應(yīng)激障礙中的應(yīng)用及其療效,并進一步揭示其治療和研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) is a new psychotherapy method developed in recent years, which integrates the views of physiology, hypnosis, psychodynamics, behavior and cognitive behavior. The theoretical basis of adaptive information processing model is constructed to help restore the balance of brain information processing system through eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. It is found that EMDR has a significant effect on improving the clinical symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder and is superior to other related therapies and has become one of the main methods for the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder. In this paper, the current research situation of EMDR psychotherapy is summarized, and its basic theory, treatment process, application in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and its curative effect are introduced, and the direction of its treatment and research is also revealed.
