【摘要】：目的探討不同回波時間(TE)對DWI人腦體素不相干運(yùn)動(IVIM)參數(shù)的影響。方法對14名健康志愿者行多b值磁共振擴(kuò)散加權(quán)成像(MB-DWI),采用0~1000 s/mm~2共16個b值,TE分別為65、85、105 ms,經(jīng)雙指數(shù)模型處理后獲得f、D*及D參數(shù)圖,測量雙側(cè)尾狀核頭、殼核和半卵圓中心的f、D*和D值,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果隨著TE的增加,基底核區(qū)灰質(zhì)核團(tuán)信號逐漸減低,半卵圓中心白質(zhì)信號增強(qiáng)。尾狀核頭、殼核及半卵圓中心的f值逐漸升高(P均0.001);尾狀核頭及殼核的D*值逐漸減低(P均0.05),半卵圓中心D*值的差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。不同TE時,尾狀核頭、殼核及半卵圓中心的D值差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。相同TE時,尾狀核頭、殼核及半卵圓中心的D值依次減低(P均0.001)。結(jié)論 TE對f值和D*值影響較大,而對D值影響較小,針對不同的腦組織選擇合適的TE可獲得更準(zhǔn)確的IVIM參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of different echo time (TE) on (IVIM) parameters of DWI human brain incoherent motion. Methods Multi-b magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging (MB-DWI) was performed in 14 healthy volunteers, and 16 b values were obtained by using 0 1 000 s/mm~2. The TE values were 65 ms, and 85 105 ms, respectively. After double exponential model processing, fen D* and D parameter maps were obtained. The F D * and D values of bilateral caudate head, putamen and half oval center were measured and statistically analyzed. Results with the increase of TE, the signal of gray matter in basal nucleus decreased gradually, and the signal of white matter in the center of semiovale was enhanced. The f value of caudate head, putamen nucleus and centrum of semiovale increased gradually (P 0.001), and the D * value of caudate head and putamen decreased gradually (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in D * value of center of semiovale (P0.05). There was no significant difference in D values of caudate head, putamen nucleus and semicircular center in different TE (all P 0. 05). The D values of caudate head, putamen nucleus and semioval center decreased in turn at the same TE (all P 0.001). Conclusion TE has great influence on f and D * values, but less on D value. More accurate IVIM parameters can be obtained by selecting appropriate TE for different brain tissues.
