重慶市高校醫(yī)護人員工作倦怠和工作壓力的相關研究

【摘要】: 近年來,隨著國內(nèi)改革開放和經(jīng)濟轉型的不斷深入,人們的工作壓力越來越大,工作倦怠隨之也常在人們?nèi)粘9ぷ髦谐霈F(xiàn)。醫(yī)護人員作為工作倦怠的高發(fā)人群,工作倦怠對其影響和危害不容忽視。高校醫(yī)護人員由于其工作環(huán)境及服務對象的特殊性,使其成為醫(yī)護人員中的一個特殊群體,研究他們的工作倦怠和工作壓力情況及其相互關系是很有必要的。此研究將為高校醫(yī)院管理人員加強醫(yī)院科學管理,建立良性支援機制,達到預防和降低高校醫(yī)護人員的工作倦怠,提高他們的工作生活質(zhì)量和醫(yī)療效率、減少醫(yī)療糾紛、醫(yī)療事故的目的提供實證依據(jù)。 本研究采用國際通用的馬斯勒工作倦怠量表和單維度工作壓力量表對重慶市18所高校醫(yī)院(含衛(wèi)生科)的醫(yī)護人員672名進行問卷調(diào)查。用SPSS12.0統(tǒng)計軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析得出如下結論。 1.重慶市高校醫(yī)護人員工作壓力強度不高,工作倦怠程度中等。 2.除不同職稱在成就感降低維度差異顯著外,醫(yī)生、護士之間,不同性別、工作年限、職稱在工作壓力和工作倦怠3個維度上差異均不顯著。 3.工作壓力與工作倦怠的情感耗竭、去人性化2個維度呈正相關,工作壓力可以預測情感耗竭和去人性化。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of domestic reform and opening up and economic transformation, people's job pressure is increasing, and job burnout often appears in people's daily work. As the high incidence of job burnout, medical staff can not ignore the influence and harm of job burnout. Because of the particularity of the working environment and the object of service, the medical staff in colleges and universities have become a special group among the medical staff. It is necessary to study their job burnout and job stress and their relationship with each other. This study will strengthen hospital scientific management for university hospital administrators, establish benign support mechanism, prevent and reduce the job burnout of university medical staff, improve their working life quality and medical efficiency, and reduce medical disputes. The purpose of medical malpractice provides evidence basis. In this study, 672 medical and nursing staff in 18 university hospitals in Chongqing were investigated with the international Masler Job Burnout scale and the single Dimension Job stress scale. The statistical analysis using SPSS12.0 statistical software draws the following conclusions. 1. The degree of job burnout of medical staff in Chongqing is not high and the degree of job burnout is moderate. 2. There were no significant differences in three dimensions of job stress and job burnout between doctors and nurses, gender, working years, and job burnout between doctors and nurses except for different job titles. 3. Job stress was positively correlated with emotional exhaustion and dehumanization of job burnout. Job stress could predict emotional exhaustion and dehumanization.
