iTRAQ技術(shù)在真菌研究中的應(yīng)用進展

【摘要】:iTRAQ技術(shù)是一種新的、功能強大的、可以最多同時比較8種不同樣品中蛋白質(zhì)相對或絕對含量的蛋白質(zhì)組學方法,結(jié)合多維液相色譜和串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜分析,i TRAQ技術(shù)已成為差異蛋白質(zhì)組學定量研究的主要工具之一。而真菌的致病作用是多種蛋白質(zhì)共同參與的真菌-宿主相互作用的復(fù)雜過程,因此整體、定量地分析真菌致病過程中的差異表達蛋白質(zhì)譜,對于研究真菌的致病機制具有重要作用。該文重點就i TRAQ技術(shù)在真菌研究中的應(yīng)用進展進行綜述。
[Abstract]:ITRAQ technique is a new and powerful proteomics method, which can be used to compare the relative or absolute content of protein in 8 different samples at the same time, combined with multi-dimensional liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry. I TRAQ technique has become one of the main tools for quantitative analysis of differential proteomics. The pathogenicity of fungi is a complex process in which a variety of proteins are involved in the fungal host interaction. Therefore, the differential expression protein profiles in the pathogenicity of fungi are analyzed quantitatively. It plays an important role in studying the pathogenic mechanism of fungi. This paper reviews the application of I TRAQ technology in fungi research.
