【摘要】：目的探索新佐劑CpG ODN在重組乙肝疫苗中的免疫效應(yīng)及吸附狀態(tài)。方法 CpG ODN佐劑與重組乙肝疫苗混合免疫小鼠,收集小鼠血清檢測。通過免疫小鼠后的體液和細胞免疫應(yīng)答水平來評價雙佐劑乙肝疫苗對重組乙肝疫苗的增強作用。CpG ODN佐劑與乙肝疫苗在不同溫度條件下混合吸附,計算在不同吸附時間下CpG ODN佐劑在乙肝疫苗中的吸附率。結(jié)果CpG ODN佐劑可以提高重組乙肝疫苗在體液及細胞中的免疫效果。CpG ODN佐劑在室溫條件下1 h即可在乙肝疫苗中達到吸附平衡,于2~8℃放置5 d的條件下其吸附率約在50%左右。結(jié)論 CpG ODN能夠增加乙肝疫苗的免疫應(yīng)答,其免疫效果可提高5倍以上。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the immune effect and adsorption state of new adjuvant CpG ODN in recombinant hepatitis B vaccine. Methods mice were immunized with CpG ODN adjuvant and recombinant hepatitis B vaccine. The effects of double adjuvant hepatitis B vaccine on the enhancement of recombinant hepatitis B vaccine were evaluated by the humoral and cellular immune response levels of mice immunized. The.
