【摘要】：蚤是重要的醫(yī)學(xué)媒介昆蟲,是腺鼠疫和地方性斑疹傷寒等重要傳染病的傳播媒介。目前,蚤的分類研究仍然是以傳統(tǒng)形態(tài)學(xué)為基礎(chǔ),其中還借助了分子生物學(xué)、生物化學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)等方法來(lái)鑒定蚤。本文對(duì)上述分類方法,進(jìn)行了綜述。
[Abstract]:Flea is an important medical vector insect and a transmission vector of important infectious diseases such as plague and endemic typhus. At present, the taxonomic study of fleas is still based on traditional morphology, in which molecular biology, biochemistry, computer and other methods are used to identify fleas. In this paper, the above classification methods are reviewed.
