【摘要】：正胃潰瘍是由多種因素引起的一種常見臨床消化系統(tǒng)疾病,盡管目前研究對胃潰瘍已有較深入的認(rèn)識,但在病因、發(fā)病機(jī)制、病理生理、治療等方面都還有進(jìn)一步探討的空間。動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)是研究疾病和尋找治療藥物的重要手段,因此,建立理想的胃潰瘍動(dòng)物模型,對探索該病的病因、發(fā)病機(jī)制、病變發(fā)展規(guī)律及明確治療方法及研發(fā)新藥均有積極意義。根據(jù)人體胃潰瘍的發(fā)病機(jī)理,動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)中已設(shè)計(jì)了多種相應(yīng)的模型,所用的方法不
[Abstract]:Positive gastric ulcer is a common clinical digestive system disease caused by many factors. Although there is a deep understanding of gastric ulcer at present, there is still room for further discussion in etiology, pathogenesis, pathophysiology, treatment and so on. Animal experiment is an important means to study diseases and find therapeutic drugs. Therefore, the establishment of an ideal animal model of gastric ulcer is of great significance in exploring the etiology, pathogenesis, development of disease, clarifying treatment methods and developing new drugs. According to the pathogenesis of human gastric ulcer, many corresponding models have been designed in animal experiments.
