【摘要】: 可視音樂(lè)治療是音樂(lè)治療的一種新方法,它在傳統(tǒng)音樂(lè)治療的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代化技術(shù),將視覺(jué)系統(tǒng)與聽(tīng)覺(jué)系統(tǒng)有機(jī)結(jié)合,使音色、旋律、節(jié)奏、色彩、形狀的變幻融為一體。在多重感官刺激下,起到喚醒、催進(jìn)、激勵(lì)、撫慰、宣泄等精神心理作用,獲得藥物所達(dá)不到的效果。 本研究在傳承了傳統(tǒng)音樂(lè)治療優(yōu)點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代化視聽(tīng)技術(shù),構(gòu)建了針對(duì)于兒童語(yǔ)言韻律障礙的可視音樂(lè)治療策略。結(jié)合當(dāng)前特殊學(xué)校語(yǔ)言韻律障礙音樂(lè)干預(yù)的實(shí)際訓(xùn)練情況,嘗試探索出一種新的系統(tǒng)性的、音樂(lè)元素與音樂(lè)活動(dòng)形式有機(jī)結(jié)合的音樂(lè)治療策略。并通過(guò)個(gè)案研究,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證策略的有效性,以期對(duì)兒童語(yǔ)言韻律障礙的矯治提出一些有指導(dǎo)意義的建議。 本研究共分三個(gè)部分。第一部分為研究綜述。探討了兒童語(yǔ)言韻律障礙的常用干預(yù)手段、傳統(tǒng)音樂(lè)治療對(duì)語(yǔ)言韻律障礙的干預(yù)情況及存在的不足。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出本研究的研究重點(diǎn),即,結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)音樂(lè)治療優(yōu)點(diǎn)而構(gòu)建的可視音樂(lè)治療策略。 第二部分為研究主體。在分析闡述韻律評(píng)估的內(nèi)容與參數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出四階段可視音樂(lè)治療策略。選擇存在典型語(yǔ)言韻律障礙,且程度不同的聽(tīng)障兒童與弱智兒童四名為被試進(jìn)行個(gè)案研究,分別從基頻標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、時(shí)長(zhǎng)三方面考察策略的有效性和恰當(dāng)性。研究證明,四名被試經(jīng)可視音樂(lè)治療后,音調(diào)、響度、語(yǔ)句時(shí)長(zhǎng)控制這三個(gè)方面均有了極其顯著的進(jìn)步。 第三部分為研究結(jié)論和建議。通過(guò)個(gè)案研究的結(jié)果我們得出以下結(jié)論:傳統(tǒng)音樂(lè)治療與現(xiàn)代化視聽(tīng)技術(shù)有機(jī)結(jié)合的可視音樂(lè)治療策略帶來(lái)的指導(dǎo)意義,趣味性以及實(shí)用性;可視音樂(lè)干預(yù)過(guò)程中所應(yīng)遵循的治療原則。最后通過(guò)總結(jié)研究中存在的不足,提出了相關(guān)建議與展望。
[Abstract]:Visual music therapy is a new method of music therapy. It combines the visual system with the auditory system organically on the basis of the traditional music therapy and combines the modern technology, which makes the changes of timbre, melody, rhythm, color and shape into a whole. Under the stimulation of multiple senses, the psycho-psychological effects of arousal, promotion, encouragement, comfort and catharsis can not be achieved. On the basis of inheriting the advantages of traditional music therapy and combining with modern audiovisual technology, this study constructs a visual music therapy strategy for children with language prosody disorder. According to the actual training situation of music intervention in special school language prosody disorder at present, this paper attempts to explore a new systematic music therapy strategy which combines music elements with music activity. Through the case study, the effectiveness of the strategy is further verified, in order to put forward some instructive suggestions for the correction of children's language prosody disorder. This study is divided into three parts. The first part is a summary of the research. This paper discusses the common intervention methods of children's language prosody disorder, the intervention of traditional music therapy on language prosody disorder and its deficiency. On this basis, the research focus of this study, that is, combined with the advantages of traditional music therapy to construct a visual music therapy strategy. The second part is the research subject. On the basis of analyzing the content and parameters of prosody evaluation, a four-stage visual music therapy strategy is proposed. Four subjects of hearing impaired and mentally retarded children with typical language prosodic disorders were selected to investigate the effectiveness and appropriateness of the strategies from three aspects: standard deviation of fundamental frequency, standard deviation of intensity and length of time. The results show that the four subjects have made remarkable progress in the control of tone, loudness and sentence duration after visual music therapy. The third part is the conclusions and recommendations. Through the results of the case study, we draw the following conclusions: the guiding significance, interest and practicability of the visual music therapy strategy of the organic combination of traditional music therapy and modern audiovisual technology; The therapeutic principles to be followed in the process of visual music intervention. Finally, through the summary of the shortcomings of the research, put forward the relevant suggestions and prospects.
