【摘要】：目的復(fù)制大鼠應(yīng)激性潰瘍動物模型并進(jìn)行預(yù)防性治療。方法 24只大鼠隨機(jī)分成3組,每組8只。實(shí)驗(yàn)前埃索美拉唑組灌胃埃索美拉唑2.4 mg/kg,模型組灌胃生理鹽水1 ml/d,共3 d,正常對照組不做任何處理。采用冷藏法制作應(yīng)激性胃潰瘍大鼠模型。對比3組胃黏膜的潰瘍程度并測定胃內(nèi)p H值變化。結(jié)果正常對照組胃黏膜表面光滑,呈粉白色,無任何潰瘍面。其他兩組均有不同程度胃潰瘍,以模型組潰瘍程度最嚴(yán)重,沿著胃黏膜褶皺凸起的部位有多發(fā)的條索狀出血帶及點(diǎn)狀出血,呈咖啡色,黏膜水腫、糜爛、潰瘍嚴(yán)重;與模型組比較,埃索美拉唑組胃潰瘍程度明顯減輕(P0.05)。與正常對照組比較,模型組胃內(nèi)p H值降低(P0.05);與模型組比較,埃索美拉唑組胃內(nèi)p H值有一定程度增加。結(jié)論冷應(yīng)激可用來復(fù)制大鼠胃潰瘍模型,埃索美拉唑?qū)ξ笣兙哂蓄A(yù)防作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish an animal model of stress ulcer in rats and to carry out preventive treatment. Methods 24 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups with 8 rats in each group. Before the experiment, esomeprazole group was given esomeprazole 2.4 mg / kg, the model group was given normal saline 1 ml / d for 3 days, the normal control group did not do any treatment. The rat model of stress gastric ulcer was made by cold storage. The degree of gastric mucosal ulcer and the changes of gastric pH were measured. Results the surface of gastric mucosa in normal control group was smooth, pink white and no ulcer surface. The other two groups had different degrees of gastric ulcer, especially the model group, the most serious ulcer, along the gastric mucous membrane fold protruding place there were multiple stripe bleeding zone and point hemorrhage, showing brown, mucosal edema, erosion, ulcer serious; Compared with the model group, esomeprazole group significantly alleviated the degree of gastric ulcer. Compared with the normal control group, the gastric pH value of the model group was lower than that of the model group, and the gastric pH value of the esomeprazole group was increased to a certain extent. Conclusion Cold stress can be used to induce gastric ulcer in rats. Esomeprazole can prevent gastric ulcer.
