【摘要】： 目的:建立兔眼外源性煙曲霉性眼內(nèi)炎模型。方法:健康成年新西蘭大白兔24只,隨機(jī)分為8組,其中7組為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,另一組為對(duì)照組。實(shí)驗(yàn)組分別于右眼玻璃體腔內(nèi)接種濃度為(1.0-1.5)×101、102、103、104、105、106、107 CFU/ml的煙曲霉孢子懸液各0.1ml,對(duì)照組右眼玻璃體腔內(nèi)注射0.9%生理鹽水0.1ml。采用直接檢眼鏡進(jìn)行真菌性眼內(nèi)炎自然病程及臨床特征觀察15天,處死后取玻璃體腔液、血液及全身主要臟器進(jìn)行真菌培養(yǎng),進(jìn)行真菌生態(tài)學(xué)及分子生物學(xué)鑒定,并將眼球作組織學(xué)檢查。選取能引起典型臨床特征的最低濃度孢子懸液進(jìn)行重復(fù)實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果:(1.0-1.5)×104CFU/ml組可引起眼部組織的典型感染癥狀。結(jié)論:成功建立兔眼外源性煙曲霉性眼內(nèi)炎模型。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish the model of exogenous aspergillus fumigatus endophthalmitis in rabbit eyes. Methods: 24 healthy adult New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 8 groups, 7 of them were experimental group and the other was control group. The experimental group was inoculated with 0.1 ml Aspergillus fumigatus spore suspension at the concentration of 1.0-1.5) 脳 101102103104105106107 CFU/ml in the vitreous cavity of the right eye, and the control group was injected 0.9% normal saline 0.1 ml into the vitreous cavity of the control group. The natural course and clinical characteristics of fungal endophthalmitis were observed by direct ophthalmoscope for 15 days. The vitreous cavity fluid, blood and main organs of the whole body were taken for fungal culture, and the fungal ecology and molecular biological identification were carried out. Histological examination of the eyeball was made. The lowest concentration spore suspensions which can cause typical clinical characteristics were selected for repeated experiments. Results 1. 0-1. 5) 脳 104CFU/ml group could cause typical infection symptoms of ocular tissue. Conclusion: the model of exogenous aspergillus fumigatus endophthalmitis was successfully established in rabbit eyes.
