精索靜脈曲張大鼠睪丸附睪損害模型復(fù)制的研究

【摘要】: 目的:通過(guò)復(fù)制精索靜脈曲張大鼠睪丸附睪損害模型,為進(jìn)一步藥物干預(yù)的研究提供實(shí)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)。方法:Wistar青春期雄性大鼠48只,隨機(jī)分為兩組:模型組36只,對(duì)照組12只。模型組使用Saypol等的方法即部分結(jié)扎左腎靜脈法復(fù)制精索靜脈曲張模型,對(duì)照組暴露左腎靜脈過(guò)程相同,但不結(jié)扎。8周后從模型組隨機(jī)抽取12只連同對(duì)照組一同處死,觀察兩組大鼠睪丸重量及睪丸、附睪鏡下形態(tài)學(xué)改變。結(jié)果:造模8周后,大鼠睪丸重量模型組左側(cè)與右側(cè)、模型組左側(cè)與對(duì)照組兩側(cè)均有顯著性差異(P<0.05)。同時(shí),鏡下觀察模型組雙側(cè)睪丸及附睪均有明顯的病理?yè)p害。結(jié)論:精索靜脈曲張大鼠左側(cè)睪丸重量明顯變小,雙側(cè)睪丸、附睪有嚴(yán)重的病理形態(tài)學(xué)改變,說(shuō)明精索靜脈曲張大鼠睪丸附睪損害模型復(fù)制成功。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide experimental basis for further drug intervention by replicating the damage model of testicular epididymis in rats with varicocele. Methods: 48 male Wistar male rats were randomly divided into two groups: the model group 36 and the control group 12. The model group was partially ligated the left renal vein to copy the varicocele pattern with the method of ligation of the left renal vein. In the control group, the left renal vein was exposed to the same process, but after.8 weeks, 12 rats were randomly selected from the model group and executed together with the control group. The two groups of rats' testis weight and testicles and the morphological changes under the epididymis microscope were observed. Results: after 8 weeks of modeling, the rat testis weight model group was left and right, the left side of the model group and the two sides of the control group were significant. The sex difference (P < 0.05). At the same time, there were obvious pathological damage to both testis and epididymis in the model group. Conclusion: the left testicular weight of the varicocele rats was obviously smaller, and the bilateral testicles and epididymis had serious pathological changes, which showed that the testis epididymal damage model of the varicocele rats was successfully replicated.
