兔脊神經(jīng)節(jié)與迷走神經(jīng)下節(jié)形態(tài)學(xué)對(duì)比觀(guān)察

【摘要】: 目的旨在對(duì)比觀(guān)察脊神經(jīng)節(jié)細(xì)胞形態(tài)之間的差異及脊神經(jīng)節(jié)與迷走神經(jīng)下神經(jīng)節(jié)細(xì)胞之間的差異。方法取健康成年新西蘭白兔16只,共取頸神經(jīng)節(jié)124對(duì),胸神經(jīng)節(jié)182對(duì),腰神經(jīng)節(jié)112對(duì),迷走神經(jīng)下神經(jīng)節(jié)16對(duì)。經(jīng)常規(guī)HE染色觀(guān)察神經(jīng)元形態(tài)、胞體大小與細(xì)胞類(lèi)型的關(guān)系;通過(guò)特殊染色觀(guān)察尼氏體形狀。利用ITEM圖像分析系統(tǒng)測(cè)量神經(jīng)元的大小。數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)SPSS11.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件處理。結(jié)果1.脊神經(jīng)節(jié)大型、中型和小型神經(jīng)元各占脊神經(jīng)節(jié)神經(jīng)元百分比是8.3%、31.6%、60.1%;迷走神經(jīng)下節(jié)大型、中型和小型神經(jīng)元各占迷走神經(jīng)下節(jié)神經(jīng)元百分比是39.1%、56.3%、4.7%。脊神經(jīng)節(jié)小神經(jīng)元尼氏體染色多呈細(xì)顆粒狀、胞漿染色較深;大、中型神經(jīng)元的尼氏體染色呈顆粒狀和塊狀、胞漿染色有淺有深;迷走神經(jīng)下節(jié)尼氏體呈分散顆粒狀,亦有神經(jīng)元呈細(xì)小均勻的斑塊。2.脊神經(jīng)節(jié)頸部、胸部和腰部的大、中、小型神經(jīng)元之間存在差異(p=0.00)。脊神經(jīng)節(jié)與迷走神經(jīng)下節(jié)神經(jīng)元平均直徑經(jīng)秩和檢驗(yàn)Z=-3.505,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。3.在脊神經(jīng)節(jié)頸1~4神經(jīng)節(jié)、頸6~8和胸1神經(jīng)節(jié)、胸2~胸12神經(jīng)節(jié)、腰1~3神經(jīng)節(jié)、腰4~7神經(jīng)節(jié)神經(jīng)元比較中,除頸6~8和胸1神經(jīng)節(jié)與腰4~7神經(jīng)節(jié)神經(jīng)元之間比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異外,其余兩兩之間比較有顯著性差異(p㩳0.05)。結(jié)論1.脊神經(jīng)節(jié)以中、小型神經(jīng)元為主,迷走神經(jīng)下節(jié)以大、中型神經(jīng)元為主。2.脊神經(jīng)節(jié)各部細(xì)胞大小之間比較存在差異(p㩳0.05)。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the morphological differences of spinal ganglion cells and the differences between spinal ganglion cells and inferior vagal ganglion cells. Methods Sixteen healthy adult New Zealand rabbits were collected, including 124 pairs of cervical ganglion, 182 pairs of thoracic ganglion, 112 pairs of lumbar ganglion and 16 pairs of inferior vagus ganglion. The morphology of neurons, the relationship between cell body size and cell type were observed by routine HE staining, and the shape of Nissl body was observed by special staining. The size of neurons was measured by ITEM image analysis system. The data are processed by SPSS11.0 statistical software. Result 1. The percentage of large, medium and small neurons in the spinal ganglion was 8.3and 31.60.The percentage of large, medium and small neurons in the inferior vagus ganglion was 39.1and 56.3respectively. The Nissl bodies of small neurons of spinal ganglion were mostly fine granular, the cytoplasmic staining was deep, the staining of large and medium neurons was granular and massive, the staining of cytoplasm was shallow and deep, and the Nissl body of inferior ganglion of vagus was dispersed granular. There were small and uniform plaques of neurons. There is a difference between the large, middle and small neurons in the cervical, thoracic and lumbar regions of the spinal ganglion. The mean diameters of spinal ganglion and inferior vagus ganglion neurons were measured by rank sum test. There was no significant difference in the number of neurons in the spinal ganglion 1 ganglion, cervical 6 ganglion, thoracic 1 ganglion, thoracic 2 ~ thoracic 12 ganglion, lumbar 1 3 ganglion and lumbar 4 7 ganglion neurons, except that there was no significant difference between cervical 68 and thoracic 1 ganglion and lumbar 47 ganglion neurons. There was significant difference between the other two groups. Conclusion 1. The spinal ganglion mainly consists of small and medium neurons, while the inferior vagus ganglion is mainly composed of large and medium neurons. There was a significant difference in cell size between different parts of spinal ganglion.
