【摘要】： 目的:調(diào)查心血管疾病患者心血管介入手術(shù)前是否伴有負(fù)性心理及其影響因素分析。方法:對(duì)100例在心內(nèi)科住院,并擬行心血管介入手術(shù)的患者使用SCL-90癥狀自評(píng)量表進(jìn)行心理狀況的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、評(píng)分,并記錄患者年齡、性別、族別,文化程度、職業(yè)類(lèi)型、手術(shù)類(lèi)型、疾病種類(lèi)情況,最后根據(jù)SCL90癥狀自評(píng)量表的評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)估患者心理狀態(tài)。結(jié)果:受試者中有44例被評(píng)定為伴有不同程度的負(fù)性心理狀態(tài)者,其中有4例為有嚴(yán)重心理障礙者,11例存在明顯負(fù)性心理,29例被評(píng)定為存在負(fù)性心理但程度較輕者;其余56例屬正常心理狀態(tài)者;受試者中7例患者最終明確診斷為心臟神經(jīng)癥。結(jié)論:擬行心血管介入手術(shù)的心血管疾病患者伴有不同程度的焦慮、抑郁等負(fù)性心理,并且這些負(fù)性心理與患者的年齡、族別類(lèi)型有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the negative psychology and its influencing factors in cardiovascular disease patients. Methods: a total of 100 patients who were hospitalized in cardiology and undergoing cardiovascular intervention surgery were assessed with SCL-90 symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90), and their age, sex, ethnicity, education level and occupation type were recorded. The types of surgery and the types of diseases were used to evaluate the psychological status of the patients according to the score of the SCL90 symptom Checklist (SCL-90). Results: 44 of the subjects were assessed as having different degrees of negative mental state, 4 of them were with severe mental disorders, 11 had obvious negative psychological disorder, 29 were assessed as having negative psychological but mild degree. The other 56 cases were normal mental state and 7 of them were diagnosed as cardiac neurosis. Conclusion: patients with cardiovascular diseases undergoing cardiovascular interventional surgery have different degrees of anxiety, depression and other negative psychology, and these negative psychology is related to the age and ethnic type of patients.
