【摘要】：海參(sea cucumber,Ludwigothurea grisea)屬棘皮動(dòng)物門、海參綱、盾手目動(dòng)物。全世界可食用海參40多種,我國有20多種。海參作為一種海洋藥物,對當(dāng)前威脅人類健康的幾大疾病均有一定的療效,如:癌癥、心血管疾病、病毒性肝炎、艾滋病、免疫疾病及老年病等。世界上最早的海參藥用記載出自《本草綱目拾遺》:刺參有治出血性疾病的實(shí)例。中醫(yī)認(rèn)為:"其性溫補(bǔ),足敵人參,故曰海參"。現(xiàn)代藥理研究表明,海參具有多種藥理活性,包括抗氧化、延緩衰老、抗凝血、抗血栓、降血脂、降低血粘度、抗腫瘤、免疫調(diào)節(jié)、抗菌、抗病毒及促細(xì)胞生長等作用。隨著研究的廣泛和深入,關(guān)于海參治療糖尿病的作用逐漸成為大家關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn),我們就近幾年海參治療糖尿病方面的動(dòng)物研究進(jìn)展做一簡要綜述。
[Abstract]:Ludwigothurea (Ludwigothurea) belongs to echinodermophyta, sea cucumbers and echinoderms. There are more than 40 kinds of sea cucumbers in the world and 20 kinds in China. As a kind of marine medicine, sea cucumber has certain curative effect on several diseases that threaten human health, such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, viral hepatitis, AIDS, immune disease and geriatric disease. The earliest medicinal records of sea cucumber in the world come from Compendium of Materia Medica. Chinese medicine believes: "its nature of warming, sufficient enemy ginseng, so called sea cucumber." Modern pharmacological studies show that sea cucumber has many pharmacological activities, including antioxidant, anti-aging, anticoagulant, antithrombotic, hypolipidemic, blood viscosity reduction, anti-tumor, immunomodulation, antibacterial, anti-virus and promoting cell growth and so on. With the extensive and in-depth research, the role of sea cucumber in the treatment of diabetes has gradually become a hot topic. We briefly review the progress of animal research on the treatment of diabetes in recent years.
