臨床分離表皮葡萄球菌附屬基因調(diào)節(jié)因子agr基因多態(tài)性分析

【摘要】:目的探討臨床分離表皮葡萄球菌附屬基因調(diào)節(jié)因子agr基因多態(tài)性,了解表皮葡萄球菌的分子特征。方法收集84株臨床分離并經(jīng)過(guò)全自動(dòng)微生物鑒定系統(tǒng)準(zhǔn)確鑒定的表皮葡萄球菌,通過(guò)PCR擴(kuò)增esp和mecA基因準(zhǔn)確鑒定和區(qū)分甲氧西林敏感表皮葡萄球菌(MSSE)和耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌(MRSE),采用多重PCR擴(kuò)增表皮葡萄球菌的agr等位基因,分析agr基因多態(tài)性。結(jié)果 84株臨床分離表皮葡萄球菌中,20株為MSSE,占23.80%,其中agrⅠ型5株,agrⅡ型2株,agrⅢ型2株,agr未分型11株。64株為MRSE,占76.20%,其中agrⅠ型37株,agrⅡ型7株,agrⅢ型11株,agr未分型9株。血液來(lái)源的表皮葡萄球菌中,agrⅠ型25株,agrⅡ型5株,agrⅢ型10株,agr未分型16株。非血液來(lái)源的表皮葡萄球菌中,agrⅠ型17株,agrⅡ型4株,agrⅢ型3株,agr未分型4株。結(jié)論臨床分離表皮葡萄球菌agr基因存在明顯多態(tài)性,MSSE中未分型agr較常見(jiàn),MRSE中以agrⅠ型和agrⅢ型為主。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the polymorphism of agr gene of Staphylococcus epidermidis (Staphylococcus epidermidis) and to understand the molecular characteristics of Staphylococcus epidermidis. Methods 84 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis were collected and identified by automatic microbial identification system. Esp and mecA genes were amplified by PCR to identify and distinguish methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus epidermidis from methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis. The agr allele of Staphylococcus epidermidis was amplified by multiple PCR, and the polymorphism of agr gene was analyzed. Results among 84 clinical isolates of Staphylococcus epidermidis, 20 strains were MSSEs, accounting for 23.80 strains. Among them, 5 strains of agr type 鈪,
