【摘要】：目的觀察高脂飼料喂養(yǎng)14周的長爪沙鼠生化指標(biāo)變化。方法選取雄性長爪沙鼠20只,隨機(jī)分為高脂飼料組和對照組,每組10只。對照組喂養(yǎng)普通飼料,高脂飼料組喂養(yǎng)含1.0%膽固醇、20.0%豬油的高脂飼料。14周后頜下靜脈叢采血,檢測血糖(GLU)、三酰甘油(TG)、總膽固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)等。結(jié)果高脂飼料組長爪沙鼠血清TC、LDL-C、TG、HDL-C水平[分別為(14.27±2.97)、(4.72±1.94)、(3.04±1.22)、(3.43±0.90)mmol/L]明顯高于對照組[分別為(1.72±0.22)、(0.19±0.09)、(1.53±0.49)、(1.46±0.25)mmol/L],差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。GLU水平[(6.47±0.55)mmol/L]低于對照組[(8.19±1.02)mmol/L],但差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論高脂飼料喂養(yǎng)能明顯升高長爪沙鼠血脂水平,導(dǎo)致長爪沙鼠高脂血癥。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of biochemical indexes in gerbils with high fat diet for 14 weeks. Methods Twenty male gerbils were randomly divided into high fat diet group and control group with 10 rats in each group. The control group was fed with normal diet, the high fat diet containing 1.0% cholesterol and 20.0% lard was fed with high fat diet for 14 weeks, blood was collected from the submaxillary venous plexus. Blood glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were detected. Results the level of HDL-C in serum of the rats with high fat feed group was significantly higher than that of the control group (4.72 鹵1.94 鹵1.94 鹵3.43 鹵0.90)mmol/L, respectively, = 1.72 鹵2.97 鹵4.72 鹵1.22), but the difference was not statistically significant (1.72 鹵0.22) 鹵(0.19 鹵0.09) 鹵(1.46 鹵0.25)mmol/L). The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). GLU [6.47 鹵0.55)mmol/L] was significantly lower than that in the control group [[8.19 鹵1.02)mmol/L]], but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion High fat diet can significantly increase the level of blood lipid in gerbils and lead to hyperlipidemia.
