【摘要】：人臍帶間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞是來(lái)源于間充質(zhì)的多潛能干細(xì)胞,易分離,無(wú)特異分子標(biāo)記,在體內(nèi)、外可誘導(dǎo)分化為心肌樣細(xì)胞。誘導(dǎo)后,人臍帶間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞內(nèi)ERK的磷酸化和MEF-2蛋白的表達(dá)水平明顯升高,進(jìn)而引發(fā)STAT3磷酸化的增加以及MEF-2C和MyoD基因表達(dá)的上調(diào),從而激活肌源性以及心肌特異基因的轉(zhuǎn)錄,促使人臍帶間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞向心肌方向分化。但其分化機(jī)制還有待深人研究。
[Abstract]:Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells are multipotent stem cells derived from mesenchymal cells. After induction, the phosphorylation of ERK and the expression of MEF-2 protein in human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells increased significantly, which led to the increase of STAT3 phosphorylation and the up-regulation of MEF-2C and MyoD gene expression, which activated the transcription of myogenic and myocardial specific genes. Promote the differentiation of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells into myocardium. However, the mechanism of differentiation still needs to be deeply studied.
