【摘要】： 本文利用判別分析理論與方法對(duì)中南大學(xué)湘雅二醫(yī)院肝硬化患者醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了數(shù)學(xué)建模與數(shù)據(jù)處理,得到了一些有實(shí)際意義的結(jié)果,主要工作包括： (1)介紹了統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)的起源、發(fā)展以及在我國(guó)的發(fā)展情況及現(xiàn)狀,然后介紹了多元統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的相關(guān)概念以及逐步Bayes判別分析理論； (2)收集中南大學(xué)湘雅二醫(yī)院肝硬化患者的醫(yī)療診斷數(shù)據(jù)和治愈情況數(shù)據(jù),從中挑選出指標(biāo)比較齊全的樣本； (3)利用判別分析的基本思想和方法,建立了逐步Bayes判別函數(shù)模型,然后根據(jù)所建立的逐步Bayes判別分析模型確定算法,再用Spss統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)模型進(jìn)行求解,得出了比較有用的能判別樣本歸類的判別函數(shù),最后對(duì)所得到的結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。 在本文的研究中,根據(jù)分析過(guò)程和醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)處理的結(jié)果,我們的主要結(jié)論包括： (1)得到了三個(gè)有意義的能判別樣本歸類的函數(shù)判別式； (2)把患者入院時(shí)的醫(yī)療指標(biāo)最大值代入判別函數(shù),能區(qū)分以后患者的治愈情況,并且這種準(zhǔn)確性達(dá)到80%以上；(3)推廣了逐步Bayes判別分析的應(yīng)用范圍,并對(duì)未來(lái)進(jìn)一步的研究方向進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the medical data of patients with liver cirrhosis in Xiangya second Hospital of Central South University are modeled and processed by discriminant analysis theory and method, and some meaningful results are obtained. The main work includes:This paper introduces the origin and development of statistics and its development and present situation in China, and then introduces the related concepts of multivariate statistical analysis and the theory of stepwise Bayes discriminant analysis.(2) collect the medical diagnosis data and cure data of cirrhosis patients in Xiangya second Hospital of Central South University, and select the samples with complete indexes.3) based on the basic idea and method of discriminant analysis, a stepwise Bayes discriminant function model is established, and then the algorithm is determined according to the established stepwise Bayes discriminant analysis model, and then the model is solved by Spss statistical software.A useful discriminant function for discriminating the classification of samples is obtained. Finally, the results obtained are analyzed.In this study, based on the results of the analysis process and medical data processing, our main conclusions include:1) three meaningful discriminant functions are obtained to distinguish the classification of samples.(2) adding the maximum value of medical index to the discriminant function on admission can distinguish the cure condition of the patient in the future, and the accuracy is more than 80%. The range of application of stepwise Bayes discriminant analysis has been extended.The future research direction is prospected.
