石河子大學(xué)心理委員勝任力現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與人格相關(guān)研究

【摘要】:目的:了解石河子大學(xué)心理委員勝任力現(xiàn)狀,,分析心理委員人格與其勝任力的關(guān)系,探討影響心理委員勝任力的主客觀因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出提高心理委員勝任力的對策分析,為高校深入開展大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作提供理論依據(jù)。 方法:研究采用定量研究與質(zhì)性研究相結(jié)合的方法。定量研究采用問卷調(diào)查法,運(yùn)用整群抽樣法對石河子大學(xué)心理委員和心理委員所在班級的班干部共720名進(jìn)行調(diào)查。質(zhì)性研究主要以訪談為主,訪談以個人訪談和小組訪談相結(jié)合的方法,采用目的性抽樣對輔導(dǎo)員、心理委員、班委干部和普通同學(xué)四個層次人群共22人進(jìn)行訪談。 結(jié)果: 1.問卷調(diào)查顯示: 1.1心理委員勝任力現(xiàn)狀:心理委員勝任力不足總體發(fā)生率為14.50%;道德責(zé)任意識缺乏的發(fā)生率為9.17%,助人能力不足的發(fā)生率為8.88%,助人特質(zhì)缺乏的發(fā)生率為6.51%,心理健康狀態(tài)不佳的發(fā)生率為6.80%。。 1.2不同性別與心理委員勝任力存在顯著差異(P㩳0.05),女生心理委員比男生心理委員勝任力好。 1.3外向穩(wěn)定型人格的心理委員比例最高為52.66%;人格特質(zhì)中的神經(jīng)質(zhì)維度與心理委員勝任力呈顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.268,P㩳0.01);精神質(zhì)維度與心理委員勝任力呈顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.220,P㩳0.01);不同人格類型中,外向穩(wěn)定型人格的心理委員勝任力最好。 2.訪談結(jié)果顯示:心理委員因?yàn)槁氊?zé)不明確,缺乏心理學(xué)專業(yè)知識和專業(yè)指導(dǎo),培訓(xùn)不足,激勵機(jī)制不完善等因素影響了勝任力的發(fā)揮。 結(jié)論: 1.心理委員勝任力不足總體發(fā)生率為14.50%,其中道德責(zé)任意識缺乏和助人能力不足的比例較高。 2.人格特質(zhì)中的神經(jīng)質(zhì)維度和精神質(zhì)維度與其勝任力顯著相關(guān),外向穩(wěn)定型人格的心理委員勝任力最好。 3.相關(guān)部門及心理委員自身兩方面共同努力才能提高心理委員勝任力。
[Abstract]:Objective : To understand the current situation of the competence of mental members in Shihezi University , analyze the relationship between the personality and competence of the psychological members , and discuss the subjective and objective factors which influence the competence of the psychological members . On the basis of this , the author puts forward the countermeasures to improve the competence of the psychological members , and provides the theoretical basis for the college students ' mental health education .

Methods : The methods of quantitative research and qualitative research were studied . A questionnaire survey was used to investigate 720 members of mental and psychological members of Shihezi University .

Results :

1 . The questionnaire shows :

1.1 The current situation of competence of mental committee : the overall incidence rate of mental competence is 14.50 % ;
The incidence of the lack of moral responsibility consciousness was 9.17 % , the rate of poor people ' s ability was 8.88 % , the incidence rate of poor mental health was 6.51 % , and the prevalence of mental health was 6.80 % .

1.2 There was a significant difference between the competence of different genders and mental members ( P ? 0.05 ) .

1.3 The proportion of psychological members of extroversion stable personality is 52.66 % .
The neuroticism dimension in personality traits was positively correlated with the competence of mental members ( r = 0.268 , P ? 0.01 ) ;
The mental quality dimension was positively correlated with the competence of mental members ( r = 0.220 , P ? 0.01 ) ;
In different personality types , the psychological competence of extroversion stable personality is the best .

2 . The results of the interview show that the mental committee is not clear , lack of psychological expertise and professional guidance , lack of training , imperfect incentive mechanism , etc .

Conclusion :

1 . The overall incidence of insufficient competence of mental members was 14.50 per cent , with a higher proportion of moral sense of responsibility and insufficient donor capacity .

2 . The dimension of the neuroticism and the mental quality in the personality traits are significantly correlated with their competence , and the competence of the psychological members of the extroversion stable personality is the best .

3 . The relevant departments and members of the psychological committee work together to improve the competence of the psychological members .
