【摘要】：線粒體質(zhì)量控制是維持細胞生存及生存狀態(tài)的重要機制,通過對線粒體形態(tài)、數(shù)量與質(zhì)量的多維調(diào)控,維持細胞內(nèi)穩(wěn)態(tài)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)Bcl-2家族與線粒體多種功能的調(diào)控密切相關(guān),并參與調(diào)控線粒體自噬/細胞凋亡互調(diào)節(jié)及線粒體分裂、融合的動態(tài)變化,是線粒體質(zhì)量控制的關(guān)鍵調(diào)控因子。該文主要綜述Bcl-2家族對線粒體質(zhì)量控制的影響及其主要調(diào)控機制。
[Abstract]:Mitochondrial quality control is an important mechanism to maintain the survival and survival of cells. Through the multidimensional regulation of mitochondrial morphology, quantity and quality, the intracellular homeostasis can be maintained.It was found that the Bcl-2 family was closely related to the regulation of multiple mitochondrial functions and involved in the regulation of mitochondrial autophagy / apoptosis and the dynamic changes of mitochondrial division and fusion, which were the key regulatory factors for mitochondrial quality control.This paper reviews the effects of Bcl-2 family on mitochondrial quality control and its main regulatory mechanisms.
