【摘要】：正人類免疫球蛋白G4(Immunoglobulin G4,Ig G4)是Ig Gs的亞型。Ig Gs在初次免疫應(yīng)答中被較遲分泌,在二次免疫應(yīng)答中被記憶B細(xì)胞大量分泌。Ig Gs依據(jù)重鏈序列、鉸鏈區(qū)長度及鏈間二硫鍵連接位置和數(shù)目的差異,被分為Ig G1、Ig G2、Ig G3和Ig G4[1]。健康個體Ig G4血漿濃度僅為0.08~1.4mg/ml,Ig G4/Ig G比值為0.8%~11.7%。Ig G4因多個特點成為研究的熱點。首先在體內(nèi),Ig G4能持續(xù)地和其他Ig G4進(jìn)行半分子交換。
[Abstract]:Immunoglobulin G _ 4 G _ 4) is the subtype of IgG Gs.
