【摘要】：肝硬化(hepatic cirrhosis,HC)是各種慢性肝病發(fā)展的晚期階段,發(fā)病初期表現(xiàn)為輕度乏力、腹脹等癥狀,后期以肝功能損害和門脈高壓為主,隨病情進一步發(fā)展可出現(xiàn)消化道出血、肝性腦病等嚴重并發(fā)癥,死亡率極高。然而,目前研究尚未完全明確肝硬化的發(fā)病機制。因此,建立肝硬化動物模型,并通過動物實驗研究肝硬化的發(fā)病機制,探索肝硬化的防治手段是我們需要重視的問題。由于動物與人類種屬之間存在巨大差異,若要完全模擬肝硬化的病理特點制備實驗動物模型是非常困難的。為深入了解肝硬化的發(fā)病機制和特點,本文將對肝硬化動物模型的制備方法進行綜述。
[Abstract]:Hepatic cirrhosis is a late stage of the development of various chronic liver diseases. It shows mild fatigue, abdominal distension and other symptoms at the beginning of the disease. In the later stage, liver function damage and portal hypertension are the main symptoms. With the further development of the disease, gastrointestinal bleeding can occur. The mortality rate of hepatic encephalopathy is very high. However, the pathogenesis of liver cirrhosis has not been completely clarified. Therefore, the animal model of liver cirrhosis is established, and the pathogenesis of cirrhosis is studied through animal experiments. Exploring the prevention and treatment of cirrhosis is a problem we should pay attention to. Because of the huge difference between animals and human species, In order to fully simulate the pathological characteristics of liver cirrhosis, it is very difficult to establish experimental animal models. In order to understand the pathogenesis and characteristics of cirrhosis, this paper will review the methods of preparing animal models of cirrhosis.
