【摘要】： 目的通過利用關(guān)鍵知情者和枚舉法兩種方法估計樣本地區(qū)暗娼人群基數(shù),探討利用關(guān)鍵知情者估計暗娼人群基數(shù)的可行性,以及存在的優(yōu)勢和不足,為其他地區(qū)開展此類研究提供理論與實踐依據(jù)。方法利用文獻(xiàn)分析、關(guān)鍵知情者排序和現(xiàn)場訪談分別確定分布知情者和局部知情者,由分布知情者提供暗娼活動場所在該市的分布情況,確定抽樣框。依據(jù)局部知情者提供所有場所暗娼規(guī)模信息,匯總即得暗娼人群基數(shù);采用枚舉法按照場所類別各層抽樣調(diào)查,計算各層調(diào)查樣本的均數(shù),推算,匯總,獲得目標(biāo)人群的估計數(shù)。結(jié)果(1)第一類場所(旅店業(yè)、文化娛樂業(yè)、公共浴池、美容美發(fā)場所)關(guān)鍵知情者為CDC相關(guān)人員、衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督相關(guān)人員、娛樂場所老板,第二類場所(路邊店)關(guān)鍵知情者有出租車司機、CDC相關(guān)人員及路邊店暗娼;(2)與不同類型關(guān)鍵知情者訪談結(jié)合繪制地圖技術(shù),基本可以確定暗娼活動場所在樣本地區(qū)總體分布情況;(3)匯總關(guān)鍵知情者提供的信息估計樣本地區(qū)暗娼基數(shù)占當(dāng)?shù)乜側(cè)丝跀?shù)的0.24%,占15~49歲女性人口的1.36%;利用枚舉法估計的人數(shù)占樣本地區(qū)總?cè)丝跀?shù)的0.25%,占15~49歲女性人口的1.42 %;(4)利用關(guān)鍵知情者估計暗娼人群基數(shù)與枚舉法結(jié)果較為接近。結(jié)論招募適合研究需要的關(guān)鍵知情者并利用其提供的信息估計暗娼人群基數(shù)是方便易行的方法,且與枚舉法相比可以更方便地接近暗娼活動場所并獲取所需信息資源。
[Abstract]:Objective to estimate the population base of CSW in the sample area by using the two methods of key informants and enumeration, and to explore the feasibility, advantages and disadvantages of using the key informants to estimate the population base of CSW. Methods using literature analysis, ranking key insiders and on-the-spot interviews to determine the distribution of insiders and local insiders, respectively. The distribution of prostitution activity sites in the city was provided by the distribution of informed persons, and the sampling frame was determined. According to the information provided by local insiders on the scale information of all premises, the cardinality of the illegal sex workers was obtained. The enumeration method was used to calculate the average number of samples of each layer according to the site category, calculate, summarize and obtain the estimate of the target population. Results 1) the first category of places (hotel industry, cultural entertainment industry, public bath, etc.). The key insiders are CDC related personnel, health supervision personnel, entertainment site owners, The second type of places (roadside stores) key informants include taxi drivers, CDC related personnel and roadside shop prostitutes, and interviews with different types of key insiders combined with mapping technology. It can be basically determined that the total distribution of prostitution activity sites in the sample area the information provided by key insiders estimates that the base number of clandestine sex workers in the sample area accounts for 0.24% of the total population of the local population and 1.36% of the female population of 150-49 years old; using enumeration method to estimate the female population. The number of people counted is 0.25% of the total population of the sample area and 1.42% of the female population of 150-49 years old.) using key insiders to estimate the number of secret prostitutes is close to the result of enumeration method. Conclusion the key informants suitable for the research are recruited and used. The information it provides is a convenient and easy way to estimate the population base of clandestine prostitutes. And compared with enumeration method, it is more convenient to get access to prostitution activity sites and obtain the required information resources.
