【摘要】： 本研究采用了質(zhì)的研究和問卷調(diào)查方法相結(jié)合來探討同性戀者的心理彈性發(fā)展的影響因素構(gòu)成。 調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,同性戀者群體與普通人群在彈性心理的分布上無顯著性差異,但在兩個極端分布中存在差異,同性戀者群體的兩端分布比例要高于普通人群。對質(zhì)的研究資料進行的分析表述了彈性心理和非彈性心理的同性戀者的可能的心理彈性發(fā)展的影響因素構(gòu)成。該研究發(fā)現(xiàn)心理彈性同性戀者與非彈性同性戀者在對壓力的感知、認知以及應(yīng)對方式中都體現(xiàn)出較大的不同,主要體現(xiàn)為心理彈性同性戀者相較于非彈性的同性戀者具有更加積極的心理品質(zhì)、內(nèi)省的認知方式以及理性有效的應(yīng)對。
[Abstract]:In this study, qualitative research and questionnaire survey were used to explore the influencing factors of the development of homosexuals' psychological resilience. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the distribution of elasticity between the gay group and the general population, but there were differences between the two extreme distributions. The distribution ratio between the two ends of the gay community is higher than that of the general population. The analysis of the qualitative research data shows that the possible factors affecting the development of resilience of homosexuals with flexibility and inelastic psychology are constituted. The study found that the psychological flexibility of homosexuals and inelastic homosexuals in the perception of stress, Cognitive and coping styles are different, mainly reflected in the psychological flexibility of homosexuals than inelastic homosexuals have more positive psychological quality, introspection of cognitive style and rational and effective response.
