【摘要】：目的分析遼寧地區(qū)2006-2012年霍亂弧菌的表型及分子分型特征。方法采用K-B紙片法,對29株霍亂弧菌菌進行10種抗菌藥物的藥敏試驗;以PCR檢測霍亂毒素基因(ctx A)、小帶聯結毒素基因(zot)、輔助霍亂腸毒素基因(ace)、溶血素基因(hly A)、毒素協(xié)調菌毛基因(tcp A)、外膜蛋白基因(omp U)和調控蛋白基因(toxR);采用脈沖場凝膠電泳(PFGE)方法對菌株進行分子分型。結果霍亂弧菌對大部分抗生素敏感。毒力基因檢測中,只有2011年水產品來源的菌株含有ctx A基因,水產來源菌株都含有hly A、toxR、omp U;外環(huán)境來源菌株均檢出hly A、toxR。對29株霍亂弧菌進行PFGE分型(Not I酶切),共分為16個型別,分成4個聚類。結論遼寧省霍亂弧菌隨著時間推移表型及分子特征均發(fā)生了變化。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the phenotypic and molecular typing characteristics of Vibrio cholerae from 2006 to 2012 in Liaoning Province. Methods K-B disk method was used to test the antimicrobial susceptibility of 29 strains of Vibrio cholerae. PCR was used to detect the cholera toxin gene (CTX An), the small band associated toxin gene (TXA), the small band associated toxin gene (Zott), the auxiliary cholerae enterotoxin gene (Aracea), the hemolysin gene (Hly An), the toxin coordinating fimbria gene (TCP Anu), the outer membrane protein gene (OMP UP) and the regulatory protein gene (ToxRX). Results Vibrio cholerae were sensitive to most antibiotics. In 2011, only the strains from aquatic products contained ctx A gene, and all the strains from aquatic products contained hly Atox Romp U. hly Atox Ru was detected from all the strains from external environment. 29 strains of Vibrio cholerae were digested with PFGE type not I enzyme, which were divided into 16 types. Conclusion the phenotypic and molecular characteristics of Vibrio cholerae in Liaoning Province have changed over time.
