【摘要】：為了對小鼠中耳、咽鼓管、鼻咽部、下鼻甲及氣管上段的黏膜纖毛的長度和分布情況加以了解和掌握,采用掃描電子顯微鏡對15只小鼠各部位黏膜纖毛的長度以及分布情況進行觀察,通過分析結果,得出結論:相較于中耳、咽鼓管、鼻咽部及下鼻甲黏膜纖毛的長度,小鼠氣管上段黏膜纖毛的長度更短。相較于其他部位,小鼠氣管上段黏膜上纖毛細胞的分布更少。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the length and distribution of mucosal cilia in middle ear, eustachian tube, nasopharynx, inferior turbinate and upper trachea of mice. The length and distribution of mucosal cilia in 15 mice were observed by scanning electron microscope. The results showed that compared with the middle ear and eustachian tube, the length and distribution of mucosal cilia in 15 mice were observed. The length of mucosal cilia in nasopharynx and inferior turbinate was shorter than that in the upper part of trachea of mice, and the distribution of ciliated cells in the upper part of trachea was less than that in other parts of the trachea.
