【摘要】： 目的:研究過敏性紫癜動(dòng)物模型的制作和加味紫草湯對(duì)家兔arthus反應(yīng)的作用材料與方法:方法采用家兔arthus反應(yīng),在整體條件下從細(xì)胞免疫的角度進(jìn)行加味紫草湯治療過敏性紫癜的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。 結(jié)果: 1.加味紫草湯可以降低家兔arthus反應(yīng)的皮膚反應(yīng)的強(qiáng)度,與模型組比較紅腫直徑減小(P0.05)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。 2.加味紫草湯可以降低家兔arthus反應(yīng)模型血清中IL-2的含量(P0.05),有趨勢,無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。 3.加味紫草湯可以降低家兔arthus反應(yīng)模型血清中CIC的含量(P0.05),有趨勢,無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。 結(jié)論: 結(jié)果表明,家兔arthus反應(yīng)可以作為過敏性紫癜的動(dòng)物模型,加味紫草湯對(duì)家兔arthus反應(yīng)皮膚紅腫有抑制作用,對(duì)家兔arthus反應(yīng)循環(huán)免疫復(fù)合物(CIC)和IL-2含量有抑制的趨勢。加味紫草湯可導(dǎo)致血清循環(huán)免疫復(fù)合物含量減少,而對(duì)Ⅲ型變態(tài)反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生抑制作用,這可能是其治療過敏性紫癜的作用機(jī)制之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the animal model of Henoch-Schonlein purpura and the effect of modified Herba purpura decoction on arthus in rabbits. Methods: rabbit arthus reaction was used. The experimental study on the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura with modified purpura from the point of cellular immunity was carried out under the whole condition. Results: 1. Jiawei Yicao decoction could reduce the skin reaction intensity of arthus reaction in rabbits, compared with the model group, there was a significant difference in the diameter of redness and swelling and the decrease of P0.05). 2. The content of IL-2 in serum of rabbit model of arthus reaction was decreased by Jiawei Zicao decoction (P 0.05). There was no statistical difference between the two groups. 3. The content of CIC in serum of rabbit model of arthus reaction was decreased by Jiawei Zicao decoction (P 0.05). There was no statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusion: The results showed that arthus reaction in rabbits could be used as an animal model of allergic purpura, and Jiawei purpura decoction could inhibit the redness and swelling of rabbit skin in response to arthus. The content of circulating immune complex (CICC) and IL-2 were inhibited in rabbits with arthus reaction, and the content of circulating immune complex in serum was decreased by Jiawei Zicao decoction.
