【摘要】： 目前,對(duì)漢族群體遺傳結(jié)構(gòu)的研究已經(jīng)日趨完善和深入,除平話人外的漢族九大支系人群Y染色體和mtDNA的遺傳結(jié)構(gòu)都已經(jīng)有了相關(guān)研究和報(bào)道,他們無(wú)一例外的都顯示了漢族在遺傳結(jié)構(gòu)上的高度一致性。平話人作為漢族一支古老支系,雜居于侗臺(tái)、苗瑤等南方少數(shù)民族人口占局部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)的廣西及其周邊地區(qū),其遺傳結(jié)構(gòu)的歸屬問(wèn)題越來(lái)越受到關(guān)注。本文對(duì)中國(guó)廣西壯族自治區(qū)北部賀州縣、富川縣、羅城縣、金秀縣和武宣縣五個(gè)地區(qū)的平話漢族人群及其周邊部分壯族、侗族、仫佬族、拉伽人和瑤族共470份個(gè)體(包括195個(gè)男性),分別進(jìn)行了mtDNA和Y染色體單倍群的分型,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)桂北平話人群的Y染色體單倍群具有高頻的南方原住民族單倍型K,O~*,O2a~*,僅羅城和金秀縣平話人保留了漢族常見(jiàn)的O3a5單倍型。在mtDNA單倍群的分型方面,平話人群高頻單倍型是B4a,B5a,M~*,F1a,M7b1和N~*,與其周邊原住民族和南方少數(shù)民族尤其是侗臺(tái)語(yǔ)系高頻單倍型很接近。根據(jù)平話人群以及漢族其他支系和東亞其他民族群體的Y染色體和mtDNA單倍群數(shù)據(jù)所繪制的樹(shù)型聚類(lèi)圖、主成分分析圖、以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)圖分析結(jié)果顯示,平話人在遺傳結(jié)構(gòu)上更靠近南方原住民族,而與漢族距離甚遠(yuǎn)。通過(guò)計(jì)算漢族群體和南方原住居民對(duì)平話人的遺傳貢獻(xiàn)率,更加證實(shí)了這種差距。因此,我們得出結(jié)論:桂北平話人在遺傳結(jié)構(gòu)上并非漢族的后裔,他們來(lái)自南方少數(shù)民族,是被漢族在語(yǔ)言文化、自身認(rèn)同感上同化了的廣西原住居民。在高度一致的漢族支系遺傳結(jié)構(gòu)中,平話支系是唯一的例外。
[Abstract]:At present, the research on Han population genetic structure has been increasingly improved and in-depth, in addition to the genetic structure of Pinghua people outside the Han population of Y chromosome and mtDNA nine branches have been related studies and reports, they invariably show a high degree of consistency in the genetic structure of the Han people. As an ancient Han Ping Branch in Taiwan, inhabited by the Miao and Yao Dong, southern minority population accounts for the local advantages of Guangxi and its surrounding areas, belong to the genetic structure has attracted more and more attention. In this paper China north of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Hezhou County, Fuchuan County, Luocheng County, five areas of Jinxiu Pinghua Han county and Wuxuan county and the surrounding part of Zhuang, Dong, Mulam people, a total of 470 Ragas and Yao individual (including 195 male), respectively, were divided into type mtDNA and Y chromosome haplogroups, found the North Guangxi DIALEET population The Y chromosome haplogroup has high indigenous haplotypes K, O~*, O2a~*, Rochester and only Jinxiu County retained Pinghua common O3a5 haplotype in Han. Type mtDNA haplogroup, Pinghua population high frequency haplotypes is B4a, B5a, M~*, F1a, M7b1 and N~*, and its surrounding live nation and ethnic minorities in South China especially Dong Tai languages. According to the high frequency haplotype is very close to the population of Han and other drawing Pinghua branches and other East Asian ethnic groups and the Y chromosome haplogroup mtDNA data tree clustering, principal component analysis, and analysis the network structure diagram shows that the genetic structure of Pinghua people closer to the southern natives, and Han far from. By calculating the Han population and southern indigenous residents of the genetic contribution rate of Pinghua people, confirmed this gap. Therefore, we draw the conclusion: the North Guangxi DIALEET in. Transfer structure is not descended from the Han ethnic minorities, they are from the south, is in the Han language and culture, their own sense of identity on the assimilation of Guangxi original inhabitants. In the Han lineage genetic structure is highly consistent, Pinghua branch is the only exception.
