活性氮在缺血性腦中風(fēng)中的作用研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:以自由基為代表的小分子活性物質(zhì)對(duì)于維持生物體正常的生理功能起著不可或缺的作用,但在包括中風(fēng)的多種病理狀態(tài)下,過量的小分子活性物質(zhì)由于其高活性、強(qiáng)氧化性可對(duì)人體內(nèi)的組織器官造成嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷.活性氧和活性氮是兩種重要的小分子活性物質(zhì),并且活性氮在中風(fēng)的發(fā)病機(jī)制中的作用備受關(guān)注,是近年研究的熱點(diǎn)之一.本文就近年來活性氮在中風(fēng)中的生理性與病理性的作用進(jìn)行綜述及展望.
[Abstract]:Small molecular active substances, represented by free radicals, play an indispensable role in maintaining the normal physiological functions of organisms. However, in various pathological states, including stroke, excess small molecular active substances are due to their high activity. Reactive oxygen species and active nitrogen are two important small molecular active substances, and the role of active nitrogen in the pathogenesis of stroke has attracted much attention. This paper reviews the physiological and pathological roles of active nitrogen in stroke.
