【摘要】：大規(guī)模傷亡事件(MCI)發(fā)生后,為不同傷員選擇相應(yīng)的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)并決定傷員運(yùn)送的先后順序是救援的關(guān)鍵。醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的選擇和傷員運(yùn)送的先后順序不僅取決于傷員傷勢(shì)嚴(yán)重程度和醫(yī)療資源(如醫(yī)護(hù)人員、醫(yī)院設(shè)施、救護(hù)車輛等)的數(shù)量,還與傷員的心理狀況密切相關(guān)。本文針對(duì)事故發(fā)生后的應(yīng)急響應(yīng)階段,綜合考慮不同醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)資源的動(dòng)態(tài)變化、傷員的實(shí)時(shí)生存概率和心理狀況,構(gòu)建了以傷員生存概率最大化和心理成本最小化為目標(biāo)的雙目標(biāo)規(guī)劃模型,運(yùn)用模糊線性規(guī)劃法將其轉(zhuǎn)化,并通過IBM.ILOG.CPLEX進(jìn)行模型求解。最后,通過對(duì)不同醫(yī)療資源數(shù)量情景下的實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行比較分析,驗(yàn)證了本文模型和方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Mass casualty events (MCI) occurred after the wounded for different medical institutions and their decision of carrying the wounded in the order is the key. The selection and rescue wounded medical institutions carrying the order not only depends on the severity of injuries and medical resources (such as medical staff, hospital facilities, such as the number of rescue vehicles) also, closely related with the mental health status of the victims. According to the stage of emergency response after the accident, considering the dynamic changes of medical resources, real time survival probability and mental health status of the victims, constructs a dual objective programming model to the survival probability maximization and cost minimization in psychology, using the fuzzy linear programming method the transformation, and the model is solved by IBM.ILOG.CPLEX. Finally, through the analysis and comparison of different number of medical resources under the situation of the experiment, verify the The validity of the model and method.
