【摘要】：目的探討急性腦卒中患者血液白細(xì)胞分類、神經(jīng)功能缺損與臨床預(yù)合的關(guān)系。方法 90例急性腦卒中患者均檢測血液中白細(xì)胞分類并采用美國國立衛(wèi)生院腦卒中量表(NIHSS)評(píng)價(jià)神經(jīng)功能,探討白細(xì)胞分類與神經(jīng)功能及預(yù)后的關(guān)系。結(jié)果死亡和殘疾組白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、中性粒細(xì)胞比例、淋巴細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、單核細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、中性粒細(xì)胞/淋巴細(xì)胞(N/L)比值均高于獨(dú)立生活組,死亡和殘疾組各時(shí)間點(diǎn)1、7、14 d NHISS評(píng)分均明顯低于獨(dú)立生活組(均P0.05),相關(guān)因素分析N/L水平(P=0.02)、NIHSS評(píng)分(P=0.015)是腦卒中患者死亡的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論急性腦卒中患者血液白細(xì)胞分類與臨床預(yù)后密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the classification of leukocyte in patients with acute stroke. Methods 90 patients with acute stroke were examined for the classification of leukocytes in their blood and the neurological function was evaluated by NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke scale). Results the leukocyte count, neutrophil ratio, lymphocyte count and monocyte count in the dead and disabled groups were studied. The ratio of neutrophil / lymphocyte N / L was higher than that of independent living group. The scores of NHISS were significantly lower than those of the independent living group on the 14th day (P 0.05, P < 0.05). The correlation factor analysis showed that the level of N / L was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). NIHSS score (P0.015) is an independent risk factor for death in patients with stroke. Conclusion the classification of leukocyte in patients with acute stroke is closely related to the clinical prognosis.
