【摘要】：目的探討血清心型脂肪酸結(jié)合蛋白(H-FABP)、S-100B蛋白和神經(jīng)元特異性烯醇化酶(NSE)在急性腦梗死早期診斷和評(píng)估中的價(jià)值。方法選擇急性腦梗死患者80例作為觀察組,另選擇同期健康體檢者40例作為對(duì)照組,所有對(duì)象均于住院當(dāng)日采肘正中靜脈血2 ml,離心后采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法測定血清H-FABP、S-100B蛋白和NSE水平。根據(jù)梗死面積將觀察組劃分為3組,比較觀察組與對(duì)照組H-FABP、S-100B蛋白和NSE含量,并分析不同大小病灶間上述指標(biāo)的差異。結(jié)果觀察組患者H-FABP、S-100B蛋白和NSE含量明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。根據(jù)梗死面積區(qū)分的三組中,大病灶組的H-FABP、S-100B蛋白和NSE含量明顯高于中病灶組,而中病灶組明顯高于小病灶組,三項(xiàng)指標(biāo)與病情呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論 H-FABP、S-100B蛋白和NSE是急性腦梗死早期診斷的靈敏性與特異性指標(biāo),對(duì)急性腦梗死的診斷具有很高的臨床價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the serum cardiac fatty acid binding protein (H-FABP). The value of S-100B protein and neuron specific enolase (NSE) in the early diagnosis and evaluation of acute cerebral infarction methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the observation group. Another 40 healthy persons were selected as the control group. All the subjects were collected 2 ml of median elbow vein blood on the day of hospitalization. After centrifugation, the serum H-FABP was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). The levels of S-100B protein and NSE were divided into three groups according to the infarct area. The contents of H-FABPnS-100B protein and NSE were compared between the observation group and the control group. Results H-FABP was used in the observation group. The contents of S-100B protein and NSE were significantly higher than those of the control group (P0.05). The H-FABP in the large focus group was significantly higher than that in the control group according to the infarct size. The levels of S-100B protein and NSE were significantly higher in the middle focus group than in the middle focus group, while those in the middle focus group were significantly higher than those in the small lesion group. S-100B protein and NSE are sensitive and specific indexes for the early diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction, and have high clinical value in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.
