【摘要】：目的:探討經(jīng)直腸實(shí)時(shí)超聲彈性成像在前列腺穿刺活檢中的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 方法:分析192例在我院行超聲引導(dǎo)下經(jīng)直腸前列腺6+X點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)穿刺活檢患者的臨床資料。研究組76例采用經(jīng)直腸超聲實(shí)時(shí)彈性成像聯(lián)合直腸常規(guī)超聲引導(dǎo)，對(duì)照組116例直接采用經(jīng)直腸常規(guī)超聲引導(dǎo)，比較兩組患者前列腺癌的檢出率。 結(jié)果:對(duì)照組中116例，共穿刺1299針，平均11.2針，92例為前列腺癌，前列腺癌的檢出率為79.3%。研究組中76例，共穿刺965針，平均12.7針，68例為前列腺癌，前列腺癌的檢出率為89.5%，兩組前列腺癌的檢出率比較，，P0.05，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 結(jié)論:經(jīng)直腸實(shí)時(shí)超聲彈性成像有助于目標(biāo)病灶的檢出，可提高穿刺活檢時(shí)前列腺癌的檢出率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical value of transrectal real-time ultrasound elastography in prostate biopsy. Methods: the clinical data of 192 patients with transrectal prostate 6 X point system biopsy guided by ultrasound in our hospital were analyzed. 76 patients in the study group were guided by transrectal ultrasound real time elastography combined with conventional rectal ultrasound, while 116 patients in the control group were directly guided by conventional transrectal ultrasound. The detection rate of prostate cancer was compared between the two groups. Results: in the control group, there were 1299 needle puncture, 92 cases were prostate cancer, the detection rate of prostate cancer was 79.3%. In the study group, there were 76 cases with 965 needle puncture, with an average of 12.7 needles for prostate cancer. The detection rate of prostate cancer was 89.5.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: real-time transrectal ultrasound elastography is helpful to detect the target lesions and to improve the detection rate of prostate cancer.
