教師信念作為教師的精神狀態(tài)和思想行為導(dǎo)向,對(duì)于促進(jìn)教師的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)和提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量都有著舉足輕重的作用。雖然學(xué)術(shù)界尚未就教師信念的概念達(dá)成共識(shí),隨著課程改革的不斷發(fā)展以及教師認(rèn)知研究的不斷發(fā)展,教師信念已經(jīng)成為教育界的研究重點(diǎn)。在以往的研究中,雖有對(duì)教師信念的現(xiàn)狀和影響因素的研究,但是很少聚焦高中英語教師,且研究范圍較小。高中英語教師到底持有怎樣的信念,影響教師信念的因素又有哪些,這些問題值得進(jìn)一步研究和探討。本研究以呂國(guó)光的觀點(diǎn)為基礎(chǔ),把教師的信念分為學(xué)生管理信念、課程信念、評(píng)價(jià)信念和學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)信念。同時(shí),本研究根據(jù)外語教師的特點(diǎn),增加了“教師英語語言信念”這一維度。本文采用定量研究與定性研究相結(jié)合的方法,通過對(duì)全國(guó)不同地區(qū)的教師進(jìn)行抽樣調(diào)查和訪談,對(duì)高中英語教師的教師信念進(jìn)行了深入的調(diào)查研究。本研究在中國(guó)東北,華北,華東,華中,華南,西南和西北七個(gè)地理區(qū)域里分別選擇一到兩個(gè)省份,每個(gè)省份發(fā)放200份問卷,共發(fā)放1400份問卷,以便了解高中英語教師的教師信念發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)其影響因素進(jìn)行了分析。這些因素包括教師的性別、年齡、職稱、文化程度、畢業(yè)院校、教齡以及任職學(xué)校的情況。此外,通過訪...
