隨著世界進入“全球化4.0”的新時代,了解協(xié)作和團結（而非孤立主義）對于人類未來的成功至關重要。面對所有挑戰(zhàn),人們需要重新考慮該如何通過更緊密的協(xié)作來實現(xiàn)我們的共同目標。對于教師而言,能夠匯集相關的教學資源,并在工作場所營造協(xié)作氛圍也是至關重要的。這項研究的目的是厘清研究學校中外教師對合作教學的觀念和態(tài)度,以及他們在合作教學過程中教學思想,教學策略和學生評估的異同。此外,本研究還試圖找出研究學校學生對當前合作教學模式的認可程度。最后,本研究評估了協(xié)同教學的有效性,這是一種理想的合作教學模式。在該模式下,兩位教師在同一教室里共同教給學生相同的教學內(nèi)容。多種質性研究方法用于收集數(shù)據(jù),包括半結構化訪談,問卷,課堂觀察和教師反思日志。此外,WIDA試卷用于測試學生的聽說讀寫方面的英語熟練水平,以證明協(xié)同教學模型的有效性。這項研究的參與者是來自煙臺一所雙語學校國際部的80名初中學生,兩名外籍老師和三名中國老師。研究結果表明,兩名外籍教師和三名中國教師對合作教學持積極態(tài)度,而外籍教師則持更積極的態(tài)度,同時他們對合作教學的看法略有不同。中國老師把與外籍老師的合作教學作為提高他們專業(yè)發(fā)展的機會,以此為...
