【摘要】：本文首先總結(jié)了鄭州城市地下空間開發(fā)利用的現(xiàn)狀以及特征和主要類型等,分析了鄭州市開發(fā)利用地下空間中存在與面臨的問題,并分析了未來發(fā)展的新趨勢、新需求。然后,根據(jù)鄭州地區(qū)城市地下空間開發(fā)的幾種典型類型：軌道交通工程、地下快速路工程、地下停車場等,結(jié)合具體工程-地鐵1號線工程、2條地下快速路隧道工程、公共綠地＆廣場建設(shè)停車場工程等,研究了各類地下工程的規(guī)劃與建設(shè)過程,總結(jié)了經(jīng)驗(yàn)、分析了問題,為后續(xù)鄭州城市地下空間開發(fā)提供參考意見。主要開展如下工作： 1、總結(jié)了鄭州市城市地下空間開發(fā)的類型、發(fā)展趨勢與存在問題。 2、結(jié)合鄭州地鐵1號線工程,分析了軌道交通工程在鄭州市區(qū)地下空間開發(fā)利用中的重要地位、必要性以及可行性,詳細(xì)分析了鄭州軌道交通工程的網(wǎng)路規(guī)劃、線路規(guī)劃等,研究了鄭州地區(qū)軌道交通規(guī)劃與建設(shè)的特點(diǎn)。 3、分析了鄭州地區(qū)建設(shè)城市地下快速路工程,通過地下空間的利用來解決城市擁堵等城市病中發(fā)揮的重要作用,結(jié)合具體的下穿隧道工程,通過預(yù)測兩條隧道的交通流量,分析工程的線路設(shè)計(jì),比選適用的工法(圓形盾構(gòu)法、矩形盾構(gòu)頂管法、淺埋暗挖法)等,研究了城市快速路工程在城市地下空間開發(fā)利用中的優(yōu)勢、作用和特點(diǎn)。 4、根據(jù)鄭州城市地下空間開發(fā)利用的典型實(shí)例,介紹了鄭州地區(qū)部分公共綠地、廣場地下停車場的規(guī)劃,研究并提出了公共綠地、廣場地下空間開發(fā)的控規(guī)指標(biāo),分析了利用公共綠地、廣場建設(shè)地下停車場的優(yōu)勢和可行性,總結(jié)了鄭州地區(qū)這種地下停車場規(guī)劃與建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:This paper first summarizes the present situation, characteristics and main types of underground space development and utilization in Zhengzhou, analyzes the problems existing and faced in the development and utilization of underground space in Zhengzhou, and analyzes the new trend and new demand of future development. Then, according to several typical types of urban underground space development in Zhengzhou area: rail transit project, underground expressway project, underground parking lot and so on, combined with the concrete project-subway line 1 project there are 2 underground expressway tunnel projects, This paper studies the planning and construction process of all kinds of underground projects, summarizes the experience, analyzes the problems, and provides reference for the subsequent development of underground space in Zhengzhou. The main work is as follows: 1. The types, development trends and existing problems of urban underground space development in Zhengzhou City are summarized. 2. Combined with Zhengzhou Metro Line 1 Project, This paper analyzes the important position, necessity and feasibility of rail transit engineering in the development and utilization of underground space in Zhengzhou urban area, and analyzes in detail the network planning and route planning of Zhengzhou rail transit project. This paper studies the characteristics of urban rail transit planning and construction in Zhengzhou area. 3. The paper analyzes the important role played by the construction of urban underground expressway in Zhengzhou area in solving urban congestion and other urban diseases through the utilization of underground space. Combined with the concrete tunnel project, through forecasting the traffic flow of the two tunnels, analyzing the route design of the project, comparing with the applicable engineering methods (circular shield method, rectangular shield jacking method, shallow burying method), etc. This paper studies the advantages, functions and characteristics of urban expressway project in the development and utilization of urban underground space. 4. According to the typical examples of the development and utilization of urban underground space in Zhengzhou, this paper introduces part of public green space in Zhengzhou area. In this paper, the planning of underground parking lot in square, the control and regulation index of public green space and underground space development of square are studied and put forward, and the advantages and feasibility of using public green space and building underground parking lot in square are analyzed. The present situation and characteristics of planning and construction of this kind of underground parking lot in Zhengzhou area are summarized.
