中小型城市現(xiàn)代有軌電車線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代有軌電車是在有100多年歷史的傳統(tǒng)有軌電車基礎(chǔ)上,經(jīng)過(guò)不斷的技術(shù)改造和革新,發(fā)展成為的一種新型的城市軌道交通制式。本文在區(qū)別現(xiàn)代有軌電車與其他公共交通方式的基礎(chǔ)上,研究適合現(xiàn)代有軌電車運(yùn)行特點(diǎn)的線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方法和策略。 首先,本文對(duì)現(xiàn)代有軌電車的特點(diǎn)、路權(quán)形式和組織形式進(jìn)行了介紹,主要包括現(xiàn)代有軌電車在多種公共交通方式的功能定位,分析其與常規(guī)公交、快速公交及地鐵的關(guān)系;并采用成熟的“四階段交通模型”對(duì)現(xiàn)代有軌電車進(jìn)行交通需求分析。 現(xiàn)代有軌電車交通線路受城市空間形態(tài)、用地布局、建設(shè)條件等因素影響,線路間相互組合形成了特定的線網(wǎng)形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu);通過(guò)對(duì)中小型城市現(xiàn)代有軌電車線網(wǎng)規(guī)模影響因素的分析,運(yùn)用不同的方法對(duì)線網(wǎng)規(guī)模進(jìn)行了分析;對(duì)現(xiàn)代有軌電車車站、換乘樞紐和車輛基地進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃。 其次,對(duì)有軌電車線網(wǎng)評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,指出采用多屬性決策的層次分析方法為適用的評(píng)價(jià)方法;有軌電車線網(wǎng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)由乘客服務(wù)、與城市發(fā)展的協(xié)調(diào)、運(yùn)營(yíng)效果、費(fèi)用與效益四個(gè)子系統(tǒng)組成;根據(jù)多屬性層次分析法的計(jì)算結(jié)果,再結(jié)合專家意見(jiàn),確定四個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的指標(biāo)及權(quán)重。 最后,通過(guò)對(duì)中小型城市泰州市進(jìn)行有軌電車線網(wǎng)布設(shè)方案規(guī)劃,運(yùn)用實(shí)例說(shuō)明現(xiàn)代有軌電車線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃布局的策略與方法。
[Abstract]:Modern trams are based on traditional trams with a history of more than 100 years and have undergone continuous technological transformation and innovation. Based on the distinction between modern trams and other modes of public transportation, this paper studies the methods and strategies of line network planning suitable for the operation characteristics of modern trams. Firstly, this paper introduces the characteristics, right form and organization form of modern tram, mainly includes the function orientation of modern tram in various modes of public transportation, and analyzes the relationship between modern tram and conventional bus, bus rapid transit and subway. A mature four-stage traffic model is used to analyze the traffic demand of modern trams. Modern tram traffic lines are affected by urban space form, land layout, construction conditions and so on. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the scale of modern tram network in small and medium-sized cities, different methods are used to analyze the scale of the network, and the modern tram stations, transfer hubs and vehicle bases are planned. Secondly, the evaluation methods of tram network are compared and analyzed, and it is pointed out that the hierarchical analysis method based on multi-attribute decision making is the applicable evaluation method, and the evaluation index of tram network is served by passengers, coordinated with the development of city, and the operation effect. According to the calculation results of multi-attribute analytic hierarchy process and combined with expert opinion, the index and weight of the four subsystems are determined. Finally, through the planning of tram network layout in Taizhou, a small and medium-sized city, the strategies and methods of planning and layout of modern tram network are illustrated by an example.
