【摘要】：基層金融機(jī)構(gòu)貸款利率定價(jià)仍過(guò)度依靠基準(zhǔn)利率。以河南為例,運(yùn)用協(xié)整分析、脈沖響應(yīng)分析等方法,刻畫(huà)了Shibor對(duì)不同規(guī)模銀行業(yè)金融機(jī)構(gòu)的長(zhǎng)期、短期影響,結(jié)果表明,國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行、股份制商業(yè)銀行貸款利率對(duì)Shibor較敏感,而農(nóng)村信用社和城市商業(yè)銀行對(duì)Shibor的反應(yīng)較弱或影響不明顯。未來(lái)利率市場(chǎng)化的難點(diǎn)仍在基層,并據(jù)此提出了推進(jìn)利率市場(chǎng)化的建議。
[Abstract]:The pricing of interest rates on loans from grassroots financial institutions is still over-dependent on benchmark interest rates. Taking Henan Province as an example, using co-integration analysis and impulse response analysis, this paper describes the long-term and short-term effects of Shibor on different scale banking financial institutions. The results show that the loan interest rates of state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks are more sensitive to Shibor. Rural credit cooperatives and urban commercial banks have a weak response to Shibor or the impact is not obvious. The difficulty of interest rate marketization in the future is still at the grassroots level, and the suggestion of promoting interest rate marketization is put forward accordingly.
