文章摘要在實(shí)地調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)探索性因子分析和驗(yàn)證性因子分析建構(gòu)并驗(yàn)證了我國(guó)企業(yè)知識(shí)員工心理資本的內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu),認(rèn)為其具有二階四因素結(jié)構(gòu),包含任務(wù)型心理資本(積極情感、堅(jiān)韌性)、關(guān)系型心理資本(情緒智力、感恩)、學(xué)習(xí)型心理資本(學(xué)習(xí)效能感、知識(shí)共享意愿)、創(chuàng)新型心理資本(創(chuàng)新自我效能感、模糊容忍度)四個(gè)維度。實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示,,知識(shí)員工心理資本量表具有良好的信度和效度?梢詰(yīng)用于組織對(duì)知識(shí)員工進(jìn)行心理資本的干預(yù)和開(kāi)發(fā)管理。

AbstrThe main purpose of this study is to develop a scale of indigenous psychological capital construct in the context of Chinese culture. The results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis indicate that indigenous knowledge worker psychological capital construct has four high-order factors, task-oriented psychological capital, guanxi-oriented psychological capital, learning-oriented psychological capital and innovative psychological capital. Each dimension has two sub-dimensions respectively. Task-oriented psychological capital includes positive affect and resiliency. Guanxi-oriented psychological capital includes emotional Intelligence and gratitude. Learning-oriented psychological capital includes learning self-efficacy and willingness for knowledge sharing. Innovative psychological capital includes creative self-efficacy and tolerance for ambiguity. Analysis indicates that scale of knowledge worker psychological capital has good reliability and validity. Chinese organization can use it to develop and manage knowledge worker psychological capital.
