Abstract:領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是實施員工調(diào)節(jié)焦點引導(dǎo)的重要來源,然而很少有研究對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為中所蘊含的調(diào)節(jié)焦點傾向進行深入探討。本文從一個整合性視角對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)調(diào)節(jié)聚焦行為進行了結(jié)構(gòu)性定義開發(fā),并通過一系列的研究對構(gòu)念的效度及重要性進行了考察。最終,本研究開發(fā)出領(lǐng)導(dǎo)促進型聚焦行為和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)防御型聚焦行為的測度量表,并驗證了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)調(diào)節(jié)聚焦行為與其它相似構(gòu)念間的聯(lián)系與區(qū)別,同時檢驗了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)調(diào)節(jié)聚焦行為對員工結(jié)果產(chǎn)出的預(yù)測效力。
