JNS商業(yè)銀行信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究

【摘要】:目前,隨著商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,商業(yè)銀行已經(jīng)在我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中發(fā)揮了不可替代的重要作用。尤其是對(duì)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、個(gè)人信貸的提供、中小企業(yè)的融資方面,發(fā)揮著主力軍的作用。我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行主要收入來(lái)源是其信貸資產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù),這種業(yè)務(wù)能獲得較高收益,但是同時(shí)也面臨著較高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。目前信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理是商業(yè)銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的核心內(nèi)容,信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能否控制好對(duì)商業(yè)銀行的穩(wěn)健經(jīng)營(yíng)異常關(guān)鍵。JNS商業(yè)銀行位于山東省濟(jì)南市,屬于中小商業(yè)銀行,其貸款業(yè)務(wù)主要面對(duì)中小企業(yè),濟(jì)南市傳統(tǒng)中小企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)困難,新興產(chǎn)業(yè)中小企業(yè)盈利能力不足,JNS商業(yè)銀行已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)了較為嚴(yán)重的不良貸款率,并且新增貸款的信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也難以有效降低,同時(shí)在在當(dāng)前金融壓制政策下,中小商業(yè)銀行的信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)比大型商業(yè)銀行的更為突出。這大大影響了JNS商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展,當(dāng)前應(yīng)該大力加強(qiáng)JNS商業(yè)銀行的信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,在把信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制在合理水平下,提高JNS商業(yè)銀行的利潤(rùn)。本文在綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合JNS商業(yè)銀行的現(xiàn)狀找出了JNS商業(yè)銀行信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理存在的問(wèn)題:JNS商業(yè)銀行內(nèi)部控制體制不健全;信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理手段落后;信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的文化缺失;信貸資產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理;信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的其它問(wèn)題:信貸檔案材料不全;審貸分離執(zhí)行不嚴(yán)格;對(duì)高層管理者的管理不嚴(yán);貸款業(yè)務(wù)種類單一,業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展滯后。針對(duì)JNS商業(yè)銀行信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理存在的問(wèn)題,提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議:(1)完善信貸內(nèi)控制度,防范業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。加強(qiáng)信貸業(yè)務(wù)人員素質(zhì)考核、實(shí)行審貸分離模式。加強(qiáng)信貸業(yè)務(wù)員責(zé)任考核。推進(jìn)審貸制度的落實(shí)。(2)提升信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理技術(shù)。利用大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)建立新型企業(yè)信用評(píng)級(jí)體系。(3)完善商業(yè)銀行信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理文化。(4)優(yōu)化貸款結(jié)構(gòu)。(5)信貸工作具體建議。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of commercial bank business, commercial bank has played an irreplaceable important role in our national economy. Especially for the development of local economy, the provision of personal credit, the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, play a major role. The main source of income of commercial banks in China is their credit assets business, which can obtain higher income, but also faces higher risks. At present, credit risk management is the core content of commercial bank risk management, and whether the credit risk can be controlled well is the key to the steady operation of commercial bank. JNS commercial bank is located in Jinan City, Shandong Province, and belongs to small and medium-sized commercial bank. Its loan business mainly faces the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the traditional SMEs in Jinan have difficulty in operating, the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the emerging industries are not profitable enough, the JNS commercial banks have already appeared the relatively serious non-performing loan ratio. Moreover, the credit risk of new loans is difficult to reduce effectively. At the same time, under the current financial repression policy, the credit risk of small and medium-sized commercial banks is more prominent than that of large commercial banks. This has greatly affected the development of JNS commercial banks. At present, the credit risk management of JNS commercial banks should be strengthened greatly, and the profit of JNS commercial banks should be improved by controlling the credit risk at a reasonable level. On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research status and related theories, this paper finds out the problems existing in the credit risk management of the JNS commercial bank by combining the present situation of the JNS commercial bank: the internal control system of the JNS commercial bank is not perfect, the means of the credit risk management is backward, and the credit risk management method is backward. Lack of culture in credit risk management; irrational structure of credit assets; other problems in credit risk management: incomplete credit file materials, lax execution of loan review and loan separation, lax management of senior managers, single type of loan business, Business innovation and development lags behind. In view of the problems existing in credit risk management of JNS commercial banks, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: (1) perfecting the credit internal control system and preventing the operational risks. Strengthen the credit service personnel quality assessment, the implementation of the separate model of loan review. Strengthen credit operator responsibility assessment. Promote the implementation of the loan review system. (2) improve the credit risk management technology. Using big data technology to establish a new enterprise credit rating system. (3) to perfect the credit risk management culture of commercial banks. (4) to optimize the loan structure; (5) to make concrete suggestions for credit work.
