【摘要】：近年來,由于我國人民群眾對于房地產(chǎn)的剛性需求,以及相關(guān)投資商對于房地產(chǎn)的大力投資,房地產(chǎn)市場發(fā)展十分火爆。為了保證經(jīng)濟持續(xù)并且穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,國家開始采取一系列措施對房地產(chǎn)市場進行宏觀調(diào)控,但是效果并不明顯。因此,更需要從土地供應(yīng)的角度來針對房地產(chǎn)市場進行宏觀調(diào)控,理清各種形式的土地供應(yīng)政策會對房地產(chǎn)市場產(chǎn)生的影響,最終以適當(dāng)?shù)耐恋卣弑Ｕ戏康禺a(chǎn)行業(yè)的長久穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the rigid demand of the people for real estate, and the investment of the investors, the real estate market is very popular. In order to ensure the sustained and stable development of the economy, the state began to take a series of measures to macro-control the real estate market, but the effect is not obvious. Therefore, it is even more necessary to control the real estate market macroscopically from the point of view of land supply, so as to clarify the impact of various forms of land supply policies on the real estate market. Finally, the proper land policy to ensure the long-term and stable development of the real estate industry.
